Situation agrĆ©able en bordure de mer. Cadre arborĆ©. IdĆ©ale pour quelques jours. L'inconvĆ©nient est le canapĆ© lit trop grand une fois dĆ©pliĆ© gĆŖnant le passage. Le coin cuisine peu fonctionnel. Legoutoir Ć  vaisselles serait mieux Ć  la place du micro-ondes. Manque un meuble fonctionnel pour mettre micro-ondes cafetiĆØre... Cependant il y a l'essentiel pour cuisiner c'est bien.

Appartement un peu vieillissant mais agrĆ©able. TrĆØs bien situĆ© en bord de mer, vue magnifique sur la terrasse. Petite rĆ©sidence avec jardin trĆØs bien entretenu, parking fermĆ© et place attitrĆ©e Ć  l'appartement. SĆ©jour agrĆ©able. PS : le store de la terrasse est HS dommage !

Appartement vieillissant et non entretenu . ( joints faĆÆence salle de douche noires, rideau douche dĆ©goĆ»tant, table de terrasse et stores occultants terrasse en mauvais Ć©tat). Pas de rangement. Escalier dangereux. Quand nous sommes arrivĆ©s il y avait une cinquantaine de mouches vertes Ć  l interieur . On a osĆ© nous affirmer que le nettoyage avait Ć©tĆ© fait le jour mĆŖme !!!

Mais l appartement n est pas bien entretenu( joints douche noires de moisissures et Ć  l arrivĆ©e une cinquantaine de mouches vertes Ć  l interieur. Table de jardin endommagĆ©)et trĆØs peu de rangement. L escalier pour l accĆØs mezzanine trĆØs inconfortable.

SƩjour du 19 au 24 fev 2021. Situation et vue rƩvƩe; malheureusement l'interieur n'est pas Ơ la hauteur: outre les pb d'eau chaude et de fuite wc rƩglƩs en 24 h, le studio mƩriterait des amƩliorations: lit amƩnagƩ avec couette (actuellement des draps alors que seul 1 cotƩ du lit est accessible), une douche avec paroi de douche et une pomme de douche simple mais neuve (actuellement rideau de douche et douchette qui pisse ); globalement studio amƩnagƩ trop Ơ l'Ʃconomie et vieillot; quel dommage!

Toller Ausblick mit manchen EinschrƤnkungen
Die Wohnung ist sehr klein. Zu dritt, zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind, war gerade noch so mƶglich. Ich mƶchte mir nicht vorstellen wie es zu viert gewesen wƤre. Das Tollste an der Wohnung ist der Ausblick aufs Meer. Des Weiteren ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer sehr vorteilhaft. Gut ist ist auch der Parkplatz im Schatten, auch wenn die Zufahrt etwas eng ist. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung der KĆ¼che war sehr Ć¼berschaubar. Es war nur ein kleiner Topf vorhanden, dafĆ¼r viele Pfannen.

un plan de travail pour la cuisine mĆŖme petit aurait Ć©tĆ© bien quelques tasses Ć  cafĆ© serait nĆ©cĆ©ssaire. un moyen pour laver un peu de linge notemment les serviettes plage mĆŖme collectif serait bienvenu. Pour quatre personnes, c'est un peu juste Ć©videmment cela dĆ©pend de l'Ć¢ge des locataires.
