Fall Get Away

One of our best times at HH. The condo was wonderful and comfy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The weather was incredible, and perfect beach weather. We had everything needed to enjoy ourselves.

July 2024 beach trip

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and matched the listing description. Check in was easy and communication from the owners was really good. Really liked the shoet walk from the room to the pool and the beach. Resort was nice. Only minor negatives would be the close proximity to the elevator/exit of the building resulted in some noise in the mornings from people rolling luggage on the grooved walkways. Upgrading the living room tv to be a smart tv would be very nice. Chromecast wouldn't connect so tv was basically useless.

Wonderful condo!

My mom and I stayed last weekend for a girls trip and had the best time! The condo was wonderful and just as advertised. Our only very minor complaint was that the fan in the bedroom was very loud, but otherwise the condo was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect couple's getaway to experience Hilton Head

Condo was as clean, bright and freshly decorated as shown in the pictures! Steps away from the walkway to the beach and pool. We cooked most meals at home and had everything we needed. All resort personnel were extremely friendly and pleasant - from reception to security and tennis/ pickleball manager. Our first trip to Hilton Head but definitely not the last!

This property is steps from beach access. It has a small patio, which is rare and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals easily. We would stay here again.

The resort was beautiful. All staff was extremely friendly. The condo was very clean and had a ton of extras. The only negative thing is the condo stated it was Ocean view which it clearly was not and the bunk beds were very small.

Beach vacation

Condo was just 0.2m walk to the beach with warm water and great waves. Easy instructions for everything with the property from the owner. Comfy bed and clean space. Compex has a pool, restaurants, bar, pickeball and tennis courts. Great visit.

Great location

The condo located right on the beach which was super convenient for us with a toddler. Christine was great and quick to respond when we had a question. The condo had everything as described. It would be nice to have a curtain or a door between bedroom and a hall to darken the room/ for privacy if you have children.

Very Cute!

My teenage son and I had a quick trip to HH and enjoyed this cute condo. It is very clean, comfortable and was stocked with every thing we needed - even what we needed to go to the beach! (A cart, chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, and umbrella.) It is a short walk to beach and pools. After the beach, We ate at the resort restaurant and enjoyed a delicious square pizza. Thank you for a comfortable and fun stay!

Just what we needed

The listing is very nice and comfortable! It is well stocked. The hosts have taken great care to provide all that one would need for an easy stay. The location is super convenient, near shops and restaurants. Christie/Keith were awesome and very responsive. Thank y'all so much and we hope to come back soon!

Awesome Beach Condo in Beautiful Resort Location

I would highly recommend Folly Field condo A108. I stayed a month and really enjoyed my stay. The Condo is not large, but very well laid out with plenty of storage for food and other essentials. The kitchen was well provisioned with everything you need to cook. My grandkids stayed for a few days and loved the bunk beds and there were plenty of beach toys and chairs for us ready to go. The resort itself is lovely and I really enjoyed the sports bar on the facility. The beach is a short walk away and you could hear the surf. Check in was a breeze and the hosts are top-notch - very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back.

The perfect staycation getaway for us!

My husband and I are from the area and simply wanted a little staycation. We had been looking for the perfect place for just the two of us for quite a while. This sweet retreat fulfilled our hopes for a quiet weekend getaway. Location: Perfect, short walk to the beach. Literally 2 minutes at the most. Very close to one of the boardwalks to the beach. Ground floor as well which was nice. Although there were guests above the unit, we never heard them at all. For the off season, it was very quiet. Condo: The style and personality of the unit was precious. The location was very clean and everything was in good working condition. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon. What a nice treat. The outside table and TV was used by use all weekend! The kitchen is fully stocked, I mean everything you can think of was there for us. Thank you for providing a coffee maker and blender too! The unit also came with a blow dryer, soap (kitchen and bath), shampoo/conditioner, dish, and laundry detergent! There were plenty of towels and blankets and hooks everywhere in the bathroom. It's the little things that make vacations so enjoyable. The unit was so close to everything in terms of the resort area. There were plenty of walking paths along with restaurants, bar, a pool, gym, tennis courts and a playground. The owners were great about communication and answered questions literally within minutes of sending a message. We loved it and can't wait to visit again!

Great time!

We booked a quick 2 night trip to HHI with our kiddos, 8 and 4, and this place was perfect for a short family stay! First, Christie was very easy to work with and quick to respond to the few questions we had. The villa was well stocked with all essentials and more. Proximity to the beach and the pool was great. Maybe a 3 minute walk and your toes are in the sand! The built in bunk beds were a perfect fit for our two but I wouldn't suggest it for bigger kids or full sized humans. The king bed was a little firm for my personal taste. Not uncomfortable but simply not my preference of mattress. But the sheets and pillows were nice and plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well! The only "negative" would be the lack of a curtain or something to close off the bedroom from the living area. It would have made watching TV a little easier after the kids went to bed. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great condo!!

We had a great experience! From the moment we walked in you could smell how clean the condo was. There was plenty of towels available and the beach wagon as well as the beach chairs were an amazing plus. Loved the fact that there were plenty of places to hang our towels. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs (only thing missing was a cheese grater and a whisk). The condo is super close to the beach which made our walk with our three little boys actually enjoyable. The condo was very quiet as well. The owner had great communication with me and very detail information about the condo, directions, Wi-Fi information, and punch in code. We will definitely be back!
