- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 3: mezzanine with TV area and double bed (140x190).
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

For even greater comfort: highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of approx. 70 m², including a paved terrace of approx. 25 m² with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment in the 12th arrondissement, a peaceful family district. It's right next to the Viaduc promenade with its arcades leading to the Place de la Bastille (ideal for joggers). Bercy Village is just a 500-meter walk away. You'll enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Check-in is from 4pm to 6.10pm. Arrival and departure outside these times are subject to the availability of the receptionist. A flat-rate supplement mau be requested
