This 736 sq. ft. ground floor condo is located on the beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couple's getaways.

This colorful and coastal-inspired living space is a great place to relax and have a good time! The bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) with a rare washer/dryer unit in the walk-in closet. The living room features 2 queen sofa sleepers (sleeps 4). The full remodeled bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully upgraded and equipped kitchen. Also, in the kitchen, there is a Margarita maker! You can make drinks and sit outside on the patio!

We provide our guests with 5-star linens and towels.

For outdoor fun you can swim in our swimming pool (deepest pool on the island) or have fun with friends and family playing basketball, pickleball, or tennis! In addition, there is storage for bicycles, an air inflation station, an ice machine, and lots of green space for cooking in the charcoal grilling area!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
