The unit has central air conditioning, washer, dryer, WiFi and more. Parking includes one marked space and several unmarked spaces near the unit. SMOKING and PETS are NOT permitted. You must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE AND STAYING IN THE UNIT to receive a contract! The community is well maintained and beautifully landscaped, offering an outdoor pool and tennis courts. Walk to many popular restaurants and family recreation including 2 miniature golf sites, lazer tag, water slide, jet ski rentals, a movie theater and Ocean City’s bus to the boardwalk! It is 1/2 mile to the beach and less than 2 miles to Ocean City’s Northside Park .
The unit is available for rent year round. Change day is SUNDAY during the prime weekly rental period. A minimum of three days may be booked during the shoulder weeks.
