Ocean getaway

Perfect little place for 2 people. Beach access and a wonderful view from the balcony. Good couple of spots within walking distance to eat. Brenda and Gary keep a great place for a peaceful weekend getaway.

Great Location!

Pros: Great location for walking to restaurants, the Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, and the beach. Fantastic ocean front balcony, perfect for watching the sunrise. Brenda is a wonderful host and quick to respond to text messages. Comfy bed, nice shower. Cons: Front room AC not working, not repaired during our stay. Unit is dated, furniture, etc. Building is dated, outside showers not working, sand everywhere, trash cans overflowing.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our trip and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The location was perfect. It was close to the convention center which is where our event was. Parking was easy also. The owners were extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect room for a weekend getaway

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the view was beautiful. The checkin process was effortless and the host was very responsive sending text/emails explaining everything. The hotel was crowded which is common this time of year but it wasn’t loud, we had no trouble finding parking, and the only time we had to wait for an elevator was the day of checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

Horrible and thus far ownership of this property has NOT refunded the 4 nights we did not stay in that small, moldy upsetting unit. Though we got out the next day as instructed the ownership is not giving back, to us innocent seniors, the deserving refund we were promised. Horrible place to stay and to this point lying ownership is our warning to anyone who stays in this mold trap!

My lady and I just wanted to get away for a few.. Brenda & Gary was very friendly and informative about their rooms. They made sure we was in the room we purchased and everything was cleaned and smelled really good with all the amenities that are on the website. We will stay at their property again.

Perfect View with Great Location

The condo was perfect. Check-in was easy. The view was amazing. It was within walking distance to food and entertainment for the few days we were at Myrtle Beach. It was great being able to walk straight on to the beach every day. We would definitely recommend staying in Brenda and Gary’s properties. We will most definitely do so again!

Spring Break for my teenager

I enjoyed our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The left over beach chairs came in handy :) I would book with them again!

Nice location

Convenient location with a parking garage. This unit was on the beach! Easy walk to the boardwalk as well as shops. Lots of activities for all ages. The unit itself is dated. It says recent renovations- definitely not renovated. No working smoke detectors- we had to go purchase batteries. The bath tub needs replaced. Several of the plus need replaced. The sink faucet leaked. Cooking utensils need replaced. The bed was comfortable- newer sheets. We had ample supply of towels. The view from the balcony was very nice, the property has several pools and plenty of seating. The beach chairs and umbrella in the room was a nice bonus.

Description was a little different than reality

I have never left anything but a positive review but I feel like the prior reviews for this property were not accurate. Maybe my expectations are just to high, but here are the facts. I just feel like I paid WAY too much for the quality of the condo. Pros: The beach is nice and it was within walking distance to a lot. Cons: Bed feels like an air mattress Couch is extremely dirty (cloth is not a good idea in a beach rental) Very cheesy decor intended to make it a honeymoon suite, which I would have just ignored if the condo was nicer Microwave has the wrong plate or something Toliet was not attached to floor properly All our stuff felt damp the whole time Mold around the caulking of the tub Clearly no security at the building because people were running around slamming on doors and screaming until about 4am.

Just Okay

Very generous price I happened to book at was fair and way cheaper than anywhere else for Memorial Day weekend. I was lucky. However I would not pay too much more for what I received. Even with beautiful beach view… When listed as newly renovated, I was expecting WAY MORE. Calking needs attention everywhere. The door frame to master bedroom needs repaired. The stove is very old, the decor is very mis matched (if that matters to you). The couch needs thrown out and replaced. Rusty air conditioning unit. Popcorn ceilings. Just very old and out dated. Still lots to do here. The unit is privately owned, but the resort it is located in is very run down, dirty, and old too. I never used the pool due to rowdy crowds. Did not feel safe. At times the clientele nextdoor played loud music at 2:00am and kept me up every night as the walls are very thin. I could hear their conversations. They smoked heavily and even on my patio, I could not enjoy as they were outside with smoke. This was part due to Bike Week attendees staying at resort. (This is not fault of owners but it did take away from my visit) The Pros: beautiful beach view and access. Wonderful communication with owners. They seem very nice and easy to work with. Quick check in with no waiting was a bonus. Location to convention center and many other amenities is perfect! The bed very comfortable. Plenty of tools in kitchen to cook if you choose to. Final thought: Unit was just ok and got what I paid for.
