Appartement très bien situé mais doit être rénové.
L’appartement est très bien situé, cependant il aurait besoin d’être rafraichi ou nettoyé un profondeur. Une odeur d’ancien reste imprégnée. Certains petits insectes noirs sont logés dans les meubles et parquet en bois. Frigidaire et douche assez vieux. Vaisselle rien à dire.
