Situated in Seabrook's exclusive beach neighborhood and walking distance to Seabrook Beach, which is open to residents/guests only. Two levels with beautiful sunset views overlooking the marshes of Seabrook Beach. Walk to stores, kayak rentals, restaurants, whale watching, Isle of Shoals tours, fresh seafood from the docks, and more. Closed neighborhood with stop signs at every corner. Safe for kids to bike and play. Two outdoor decks with dining options and lounge options while you enjoy beautiful views and sunsets. Breakfast island as well as large dining room table for meals or monopoly. Amazing Guiness bar to sit at and enjoy a cocktail. Two California King beds. Two full bunks, Two twin bunks and Two day beds . Sleeps 8-10. This property is available Saturday to Saturday during June, July, & August. Two night or more rentals available during April, May, and September. Message us with questions about specific dates to see if we can accommodate your group at The Deck House.

Seabrook beach

Great family vacation, making good memories, Home was spacious our party at times there were 10 people plenty room for everyone!! Host the O’Leary’s were very accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely go back!!

Great Summer Vaca!

Great house on fun Seabrook beach. The kids enjoyed the waves and searching for crabs on the rocks. The house accommodated us all comfortably and had everything we needed. Great location near all restaurants and not far from Hampton if you need a break from the beach. Owners were great. There is a tenant below but was very quiet and hardly seen so it ended up not being a big deal. Overall would absolutely stay again and had a wonderful time and made lasting memories!

Nice to get back to the beach

The Eisenhower property was fantastic! The living space was much bigger than expected. The host provided everything we needed, Two wonderful bathrooms. AC was exact what we needed after a long hot day. Access to a beach cart, chairs, grill, outdoor host, convenient parking, friendly neighbors. Although walking distance, to the beach , was one street to the beach access.. Loved loved our vacation.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a fantastic time in this beautiful place. There was plenty of room for our family of 7, with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The central AC was particularly appreciated during the recent heatwave. The owner is great, very responsive and available. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Family Beach week

My entire family had a wonderful time. The house was great. Good amount of space on the main level for us all to hang out. Great location …plenty of places to eat in walking distance., with Hampton strip just a few minutes drive. We made some very special memories. Owners were awesome too!!! Would def stay here again.
