In addition to the very green location, you have a very good train connection in all directions from here. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Elbe and in about 7 minutes you are at Schillerplatz. There you will find numerous restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and various shops.
Use great and newly designed outdoor terrace with direct forest park access. You can also grill here. Small garden shed for your bicycles.

Dresden eine Reise wert

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, mit einer hervorragenden Ausstattung und mit einer geräumigen Dusche. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in ca. 15 min am Postplatz und somit schon im Zentrum. Mit 2 Straßenbahnstationen in die andere Richtung ist man am blauen Wunder. Die Haltestellen sind in direkter nähe. Leider hatten einige Museen einige Abteilungen wegen Umgestaltung geschlossen. Somit werden wir dieses Apartment auch für den nächsten Dresdenbesuch nutzen.

Erste Begegnung war wow. Sehr aufwändig eingerichtet. Gepflegt, sehr ruhig, gute Lage. Die Küche ist klein. Wir hätten uns etwas besseres Licht gewünscht, da sie als Souterrainwohnung etwas dunkel ist. Sehr gute Straßenbahnanbindung. Es ist eine Wohnung, in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben.

Super tolle Unterkunft an sehr ruhiger Lage und nahe Altstadt

Wir genossen einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war sehr gross gehalten. Alles sehr sauer. TV und WLAN hat bestens funktioniert. Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war bestens und zuvorkommend. Die Lager der Liegenschaft ist super - sehr ruhig. In der Nähe hat es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch tolle Restaurants. Die Distanzen zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten sind seh gering. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Besser als erwartet

Wenn ich mich zwischen einem Hotelzimmer und diesem Apartment entscheiden müsste, würde ich mich für dieses Apartment entscheiden. Die Lage und Umgebung ist sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Sehr gute Anbindung mit den ÖV. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Appartement im Souterrain in der Nähe von Elbe, Park und Dresdens Mitte

Die Gastgeberin und ihr Personal ist freundlich und nett. Für einige Wohnungsmängel(z.B. fehlender Duschkopf) wurde nach 2 Tagen und auf Nachfrage, diese behoben. Es sind mehrere Wohnungen im Keller und die Vermieterin entscheidet je nach Anzahl der Gäste und hätte lieber das über die Internetseite privat gebucht wird. Die Straßenbahn kann man hören, aber dafür ist diese mit dem Wochenticket auch gut nutzbar um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Es ist eine Kellerwohnung, hat aber einige Lampen dafür. Und wer ist bei einem Urlaub ausser zum Schlafen und Essen schon dort. Der Aussenbereich ist gut geschützt von Hecken umgeben. Der Tisch ist für Essen aber zu niedrig, so dass sich ein Grillen nicht gelohnt hat. Wir planen einen erneuten Besuch z. B. zur Vorweihnachtszeit.

Schöne Wohnung für kurzen Urlaub

optimale Verkehrsanbindung mit Fahrrad und Straßenbahn .Viel Natur in der Umgebung und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Langzeitticket für ÖNV empfehlenswert. Suboptimal: Kellerwohnung, sehr dunkel. Handtücher nicht gewechselt in einer Woche. WLAN nur eingeschränkt funktionsfähig.

Leuk Villa Appartement op perfecte locatie

De locatie van het appartement was perfect voor onze vakantie. Zowel voor uitstapjes naar het centrum of met de fiets. Enorm getroffen met het weer! We komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen

Sehr gerne haben wir in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung übernachtet. Alles wie auf den Fotos, modern und sauber. Die Abstimmung mit den Vermietern verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert über das Ferienwohnungsbuchungssystem online. Für ein kleines Missverständnis wurde schnell eine für beide Seiten akzeptable Einigung angestrebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Gruß, K. Jung

Soggiorno a Villa Waldpark

Interessante location situata nel seminterrato di una villa antica egregiamente realizzata. Accogliente monolocale di ampia metratura attrezzato di cucina separata e servizi più tutto l' occorrente per un soggiorno indipendente. Intorno alla villa un grande parco che porta fino alle rive del fiume Elba che soddisfa pienamente gli amanti del genere. Situata a 3.5 Km. dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici la cui fermata è adiacente all'ingresso della villa. Utile la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della villa. Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole e comodo.

Top Lage

Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und nett. Top Lage . Nicht weit von Zentrum Dresden. Sind immer mit Fahrrad gefahren. Übrigens die Fahrräder kann Mann sehr gut auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Gibt's auch Fahrradschuppen. Alles gut. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen . Immer wieder. Danke der Gastgeberin

Wunderschöne Lage

Hätten wir nicht zufällig diese Unterkunft (in letzter Sekunde sozusagen) gefunden, so hätten wir das beeindruckende Villenviertel von Dresden sicher nicht aufgesucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Unterkunft war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unser Kongresswochenende brauchten. Das Bett war super! Etwas befremdlich muteten die insgesamt drei Skulpturen (?) im Eingangsbereich und in der Wohnung an, die wohl besser in ein Museum für Geschichte der Unterdrückung hineingehören; es handelte sich um drei eindeutig als Sklaven zu identifzierende dunkelhäutige "Diener", die hübsch heraus geputzt Lampen trugen. Gerade in Zeiten von Pegida/Dresden wäre es klug, diese Figuren zu entfernen. Ich fand sie geschmacklos in jeder Hinsicht. Ansonsten können wir die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.
