Escapade à Noirmoutier

très bien pour l'emplacement , maison spacieuse et globalement bien équipée. MAIS très froide, ni rideaux, ni volets ( depuis la tempête d'octobre 2023)!. Lumière de la rue vraiment gênante pour dormir et pas de volets pour isoler du bruit du vent, aucune intimité. Le matin réveillés ^par le jour. La propriétaire bien qu'accueillante voulait nous convaincre que sans volets c'était bien , mais sans rideaux aucune isolation et que ce n'était pas grave. Avons eu vraiment froid malgré 2 radiateurs électriques mc et jl verdier

Maison bien située

Très bien situé bien situé très proche de la plage commerces à proximité. Location très bien équipée

Location bien équipée il ne manque rien seul point noir l’escalier trop raide si pb mobilité et l’éclairage de l’escalier pas de va et vient la nuit c’est gênant Sans cela à 500 e la semaine c’est très bien

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , l'emplacement tout près de la plage et dans le village de la guérinière est idéal. La maison est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, déco à l'ancienne mais charmant.

L'accueil était agréable malgré le mauvais temps qui s'est abattu sur l'île, l'eau s'est infiltrée dans la maison, elle a dû éponger la pauvre. La maison est sombre certe mais cela n'est pas vraiment dérangeant, la maison offre un bon confort et la literie était très bonne

Séjour familiale à la Guérinière

L'accueil y a été très chaleureux, la personne est très disponible. La location est comme une maison de famille où on aime se retrouver. On y est chez soi. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine Très grande pièce de vie où chacun peut trouver son petit coin, un petit peu sombre mais bien agréable. Les lits sont très confortables.loin du centre ville il y a de Très belles balades à faire à pieds sans prendre la voiture. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

la photo de présentation ne correspond plus à l'état actuel de la maison. il n'y a plus d'entretien extérieur, cour très encombrée et non close pas idéal pour laisser libre son chien, un intérieur très vieux et sombre, l'accès à l'étage se fait par un escalier très pentu pas recommandé pour des personnes d'un certain âge ou à mobilité difficile. le prix de location trop cher.

Agréable séjour à la Guérinière

Nous avons apprécié notre nuitée à la Guérinière. Très bon accueil de Christine qui a toujours très réactive et très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Logement bien placé près de la mer et des centres d'intérêt de l'île. Intérieur propre et bien équipé en vaisselle. Nous avions amené notre petite chienne qui a également apprécié les lieux.

très bien placé

Le logement est idéal pour accéder à toutes les balades à pieds ou en vélo. On ne s'est pas lassé de la promenade sur la côte à 150 m de la maison.

Très bien, nous avons adoré, reviendrons avec plaisir!!La propriétaire est très serviable et sympa!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christine Sorin. Le logement est très spacieux, la cuisine est très bien équipée avec une mise à disposition d'un grand choix de vaisselle et d'ustensiles ménagés. La location est tout près de la plage et nous avons la possibilité de louer des vélos à la propriété, très commode. Et Christine Sorin est tellement disponible pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables, un pur bonheur!!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
