With a surface area of 27 m², this cabin studio with terrace and elevator is located 2 steps from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed in (140) the living room and its bunk beds in the cabin, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95- 949 of August 25, 1995).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with toilet. The living room offers you a beautiful open view and has a television. The kitchen is equipped, including a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator... This apartment is ideal for spending a vacation by the sea.
It will allow you to relax in a green environment.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and bathroom linen are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services.
Pets are not accepted.
An underground garage within the residence will allow you to park your car in complete safety.
