Private elevator entrance to spacious 5th floor condo less than a quarter of a mile from the beach. 2360 square feet of living space, including two palatial lanais with water views includes use of the communal pool, workout room, and grills. Master bedroom boasts canopy king-sized bed with spacious bathroom, private toilet room, and twin sink vanity, as well as his and her walk-in closets. Adult guest room has a queen bed, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bunk room sleeps four comfortably and has a full bath three short paces down the hall. Every bedroom has a walkout lanai.
The updated, open kitchen is a perfect place to cook your fresh fish and produce from the many local fish markets and the unsurpassed farmer's market.

We invite you to enjoy our spacious, updated condo within walking distance to the gorgeous Marco Island Beach. Floating aimlessly in our saltwater pool is also a luxurious way to spend an afternoon. A little sun-kissed, we invite you to grill fresh fish from the local market on the poolside grill.
