Ideally located, the house Les Phares du Haut Bout, classified 3 stars, is less than 10 minutes walk from two magnificent sandy beaches: Saussaye at only 400 meters and the family one of Port Mer at 7 minutes walk with a pushchair!This stone house with its red frames and its pretty south-facing garden offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Completely renovated, the house Les Phares du Haut Bout is an ideal base for discovering Cancale and its surroundings.
DAYROOM : On entering the house, you go directly to the living/dining area with views and access to the garden. The lounge area is equipped with a 3-seater sofa and an armchair to allow everyone to relax after a day of sightseeing. For your meals, you can comfortably sit around the round table. In the adjoining separate kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
NIGHT NOOK : On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with storage space. One, overlooking the garden, is equipped with a double bed (140x190), the other, overlooking the street, has two single beds (90x190).
BATHROOM AREA :On the ground floor, Les Phares du Haut Bout has a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom cabinet with a basin. The toilet, also located on the ground floor, is independent.
THE EXTERIORS : One of the assets of Les Phares du Haut Bout is its pretty garden with trees, facing south. On sunny days, you will find garden furniture to enjoy outdoor meals and deckchairs to relax. It is also an ideal place for children to play!
What you need to know about the house Les phares du Haut Bout :
- The house is semi-detached on both sides
- The garden is semi-detached and only delimited by a fence
- During the period that may require heating from October 01 to May 31, beyond an average of 15 kWh per day included in the price, your possible additional electricity consumption will be charged according to your actual consumption at the price of 0.17 €/kWh. A meter reading will be taken when you move in and another one at the end of your stay. This possible supplement will be paid at your departure.
- The shops in the centre of the village and the supermarket are about 3 km away.
- Private parking for 2 cars is possible in front of the house, on the street side.
- Linen is optional: 18 € per person (the linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel per person). One of our staff will make the beds if you take this option.
- One of our staff will be there to welcome you on arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay on departure.
- In winter, from October 1st to May 31st, your electricity consumption will be billed according to your real consumption at the real cost: 0.14 € kWh. A meter reading will be taken when you enter the premises and another at the end of your stay.
- The house is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals - Archipel Evasion - registered with Atout France under number IM972130002 and holding an APST financial guarantee.
