Great location with great view

We loved this property very well equipped with a nice patio and fantastic location close to old town. We would definitely stay here again.

Best part of our trip

This was our first trip to Greece and we loved it. Our accommodations were perfect for the two of us. The large balcony was priceless, the location was walking distance to everything, bus stop minutes away, and we also got a cleaning during our 10 day stay. We fell in love with Crete that we plan to return and this rental exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend.

Stylish apartment with great views

The apartment is stylish, well furnished and has everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. A great deal of thought has been given to what will make for comfort: quality bed and bedding; balcony furniture; kitchen appliances and the bathroom fittings; AC and TVs in lounge and bedroom. It is very clean and well maintained. The location is brilliant and there is even secure parking a few steps away. You can walk everywhere within old town and the harbour area and only need a car for excursions out of Chania.

Clean, cute & convenient. 10-15 min walk to the beach 5 min walk to the harbor. grocery store across the road. car rentals and shops & restaurants right outside. would recommend!!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

We stayed in the side sea view apartment which was extremely quiet as it is in the rear of the building. Convenient to grocery stores and to walking to the old harbor of Chania. The apartment was very clean and Stephan had a bottle of wine and water in the fridge for us. The photos on line are accurate. I didn't give 5 stars for communication because I had to make the final contact for arrival instructions only a few days before arriving in Chania. When we did arrange our entry via text, the instructions were again changed. There was no issue getting into the apartment but I would have preferred to have had final instructions earlier as we were having relatives drop us off at the apartment from the airport. However, I would recommend staying here in Chania if you don’t want to stay in the Old Town.

Excellent Place Excellent Location

Great property. Clean, modern, as advertised. Beautiful views, lots of natural light. Great comfy sofas, well-stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Luxurious shower. Tops all around. 1 very small improvement - I think it's time to replace the towels. They weren't up to the terrific standard of the rest of the apartment. Would definitely stay here again in future.

Nice spot in an historic city

The property was perfect for our needs, clean, modern and spacious. Our hosts were friendly and attentive and helped us out when we needed their assistance to print bus tickets. We enjoyed the deck and the view, although most of our time of course was spent traveling, hiking and sightseeing. There is a great grocery store about half a block away and that was a major convenience. Folks should know that parking is sparse on the city streets, and there is a garage nearby, but you will need to include the cost of parking in your budget. We were pretty lucky finding parking and only had to pay two nights. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Chania.

Heaven in Hania

The apartment was perfect! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped. The location was ideal for walking everywhere. The view from the large terrace was postcard worthy. And Cornelia welcomed us when we arrived. We loved our tome on Crete!

As near perfect as you can get 😀

Superb location within easy walking distance of Old Chania town, the port area and local beaches. The fifth floor location, serviced by a lift, meant fantastic views from a large sized verandah with no noise issues. The apartment equipment, security, comfort and decor was five star with a/c and wireless connectivity excellent. Communication before, during and at the end of our stay was very good indeed. In summary 11 out of 10 on all counts and the blue litmus test - would we return? Emphatically yes and we would like to do so next year. Dickie and Teresa Middleton

Beautiful clean condo in perfect location

I totally agree with prior reviewers - this place is cleaner and nicer than the pictures indicate. Steph makes your stay so easy, and the location is right in the middle of Chania to make logistics very simple. I highly recommend this for small groups. Lovely place.

Amazing stay! Such nice hosts! Great location!

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Either she or her son were available all the time to help us arrive and while we were there if we had any questions. The place was even nicer then the pictures! It was gorgeous! Very clean and smelled good. It's decorated very modernly, done really well! They have a washer and oven which is what we needed so it's a perfect place to stay if you want a full apartment. They have two living room/lounge areas so me and my husband got to relax and a beautiful outdoor porch! It's located in a great shopping area with a bunch of nice stores, and just blocks away from the water, and a bunch of nice shops in alleyways. All in all we loved our stay! Even the cleaning help was so nice. The women was at the place when we left to clean up and I accidentally knocked over a bottle of wine. She was so sweet and kept on saying it's totally fine even though it got all over the place. And she cleaned it up for us. Thank you Stephan for a beautiful stay!!!
