Amazing Family Reunion
This house is the perfect way to experience Ponte Vedra Beach ! A wonderful place for a group of friends or a family reunion. A simply gorgeous house, perfect layout and well appointed. The outdoor living space, pool and hot tub tempt you to never leave the property. You are, however, close to a beautiful beach to walk and plenty of golf opportunities. Truly a very special vacation spot !

Beautiful and great for entertaining
Property is conveniently located in the the heart of Old Ponte Vedra overlooking the first hole of PVIC. Outside area is great for entertaining, plenty of room for folks downstairs. The house is has all the needs for those traveling with little ones (crib, stroller, etc).

Spa-like Vacation
We fell in love with the house, the location, the people. The house is beautiful. We walked or biked to the beach each day. Every night we watched the sunset from the spa while watching the ibis, herons and anhingas spread their wings to catch the last bit of warmth in the massive tree across the lagoon. The kitchen is well appointed and lovely to cook in. Lea was a stupendous host, personable and easy to reach. Thank you Lea for taking good care of us. We will definitely return.

Perfect luxury beach house
This property was amazing and had everything we needed! It was absolutely gorgeous with fantastic outdoor space for the whole family, dogs included. Perfect for hanging out with the whole family in the pool and hot tub, and outdoor meals. Also a short walk to a gorgeous beach, which was not crowded at all. Lea was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Just Perfect!
Beautiful PV home perfect for a family gathering. Inside and outside areas allowed for family time, relaxation and fun inside and out! Home will be on our list in the future!

Great House and location
We enjoyed our stay. They owners were very communicative and helpful. We were close to the beach and everything we needed. The owners helped us out with a golf cart rental and we will stay here again if we go back to ponte vedra.

Roomy house with all the conveniences and more
We had a wonderful vacation with our family and enjoyed the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club since we purchased the temporary club memberships. I wish we had made Spa reservations well in advance then we may have been able to all go use it!

Amazing Family Getaway
I haven't met two of my Great Grandchildren because of over a year of Covid. My entire family has not gotten together for a long long time, so I wanted this week's vacation to be really special. We picked the perfect spot. The house is beautiful with plenty of beautiful sleeping quarters for family and a few friends that came to visit as well. We played Ping Pong, Corn Hole and swam a bunch. It's a short walk to the beach, but we enjoyed the house so much, we didn't even go. The kitchen is modern and very usable and the outdoor patio, bar and grill are so warm and inviting. When it was all over, I got a great thank you card from all the family saying what a super time they had. I'm old. And when you get old, all you really have that's important are your memories. This was one I'll never forget! One other note was that the owner was there whenever I needed her, which was almost never, because there was practically no issues in the property. I've done a lot of Vrbo properties and I don't think I've found one with 0 issues, but this one came very close. Check it out! You'll love it! Steve Platt

Great Family Vacation
The property was great for our family and Lea was very helpful assisting us I renting golf carts, bikes etc. the prior renters had broken one of the TVs and Lea arranged for the part to be replaced right away when we noticed. Really a great experience.
