CONGRATULATIONS! You have found the hidden gem of Sandpiper Cove. This unit is located in highly sought after "Beachwalk" location and poolside to heated Pool and 3 hot tubs. This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with Bunks sleeps up to 6 people with a King size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. A full kitchen with plenty of counter space, rounds out the inside of this beach condo.
The unit is located next to the main pool area as well as a few of the practice putting greens. You will be less than a 3 minute stroll to the private deeded beach access point of The Gulf of Mexico. This access point is gates for both vehicles and walkers with a gate so you will have access to our stunning beaches. We also have the unit BELOW (Property ID 2202106) his unit so if you have two families visiting this is the perfect spot for you! Each unit sleeps 6. We cannot wait to work hard to provide you the vacation of your dreams.

FANTASTIC!

Cleanest property I've ever stayed in! Very well taken care off, easy check-in, great location overlooking the pool. Could not get over the cleanliness - ceilings, floors, walls, furniture all in great condition. This will forever be my Sandpiper Cove booking!

Spring Break family trip 2023

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, and the location was beautiful. Having security 24/7 while there gave me peace of mind. We met some locals that lived there during our stay. Everyone was just so kind! Loved it!

Home sweet Home Stay

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this condo! The room was awesome ! Definitely for a group or family staying together ! It was right across the street from the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet ! I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Summer Baseball Tournament

The condo was perfect for our trip. It included chairs, water toys, and a wagon and short walk to the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded timely. Only call out is the condo is really close to the pool so if the noise doesn’t bother you then your good.

Great experience

Wish it was a little cleaner . But overall everything was great. Great location, great views, we brought our own bed sheets, and towels. (But we always do that when we go on a trip) hot water not problem. We will come back next summer. :)

Great stay

We had a great stay. The only negative to our stay was there were several kitchen lights out- microwave, overhead and one of the track lights as well. We made due so it wasn’t awful. There were only 4 bath towels and 3 wash rags for a family of 4. It would’ve been nice to at least have 2 full sets of bath linen. Luckily we had the washer/dryer but we were washing towels a lot. Overall, great stay

Great condo in a great location!

Condo was really cute and close to everything. My granddaughter loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the pool behind our building and the umbrella and chair service on the private beach was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation

Enjoyed our stay in sandpiper cove! The condo was perfect for us! Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool, had our breakfast out there every morning. The beach chairs and umbrellas were so convenient. Had lunch at Ricks Sand Trap , definitely recommend. Just stroll up from the beach and enjoy your lunch. Great prices, food and drinks!! Really enjoyed our overall experience…will stay here again!!

Great Find!

Sandpiper Cove is a perfect getaway. We stayed right across the road from the beach and were right on the harbor. There was a great restaurant within the complex, golf, tennis and plenty of things to do. Our condo was super clean, recently updated and very nice. I would highly recommend this place!

Cute Gem, Great Location!

Clean property in a great location! Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. We loved the chair service on the beach. The unit looks right over the pool. We thought we might hear a lot of noise from swimmers, but it wasn’t a problem. We’d rent here again!

This trip to Destin was wonderful! And the resort was exactly what we needed.

The resort was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. It was clean and everything was exactly as shown. Was nice to be within walking distance to places. Everything about this place was perfect and we will defiantly be back!!

An amazing experience

I loved the condo. It was exactly as described, including all the amenities that are included in the description. My teenaged daughter and her friend and I stayed 4 nights. The condo is directly in front of the pool and the hot tubs which was amazing for us. There was no issues with pool noise inside the condo and you couldn't hear any of the noise from the other guests at the pool with the sliding glass door shut on the balcony. It's a short walk or drive across the street to the private entrance to the beach. I was able to get any questions I had answered quickly while I was there from the host. I highly recommend this condo as well as the Destin, FL area for a vacation treat. I hope to be able to rent from this host again in the future as well.

Nice Quiet visit

Overlooking the pool and hot tubs, I was a little concerned about the pool noise when I checked in early but since it was early in the season and the weather was cooler by nighttime the pool was quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the beach. A nicely equipped kitchen. The bunks do share the sink room part of the bathroom. I had no children with me so it was not an issue but this is the first beach condo I have been in where the bunks share part of the bathroom. Everything was nice and clean and as pictured/advertised.

Perfect for a family of 4

The property was wonderful. we had everything we needed and it was perfect for my husband and I and our two kiddos. The beach was so close and the beach chairs were waiting for us every morning which was so nice. The only thing that could use improvement was the amount of items in the condo (i.e. tupperwear, pots, etc.) Other than that, everything was wonderful.
