Located on the 5th floor without elevator, the accommodation includes :
- a room with a double bed (removable bed to sleep, you can advance it not to have the head in the beams).

- a fully equipped kitchen

You will particularly appreciate :
- its location: in a very lively street and near all the shops. But as you are in the courtyard, you can even sleep with the windows open without noise;
- and its brightness.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.

The apartment is located near the metro stations "Strasbourg Saint-Denis" and "Réaumur - Sébastopol".
You will find a supermarket "MONOPRIX" at 3 minutes walking distance for your small daily purchases.

Sites of interest close to the accommodation :
- the Montorgeuil street with several restaurants and cafés (two steps from the accommodation),
- Les Halles for shopping (15 minutes on foot)
- and the Domaine National du Palais-Royal (18 minutes away).

Good address to advise you:
- in front of the apartment: the super Brasserie Dubillot to eat like a real Frenchman (advice the sausage purée!).

## Emplacement
The 2nd arrondissement of Paris is one of the historical financial centers of Europe, being home to the former Stock Exchange which is now called Brongniart Palace. Other major activities in the neighborhood are journalism and fashion. The 2nd is also famous for its Sainte-Anne street, known to Parisians as a haunt for typical Japanese restaurants and shops.
The 2nd arrondissement is also home to the galleries -- traditional covered passages lined with shops -- which are quite possibly the prototypes of today's shopping malls.
While the previously mentioned activities are all daylight activities, the eastern end of the arrondissement - notably the charming rue Montorgueil - has an entirely different reputation, younger and more dynamic.
