Welcome to 3 Butternut Lane Sandbanks PEC where nature meets cottage luxury, home away from home. We are only a 2 hour drive east of Toronto, 10 minutes to Sandbank Beach, in close proximity to 32 wineries and breweries, and steps away from relaxing and fun amenities.

You and your family have the entire house, all amenities free of charge, free private parking for 2 vehicles, and access to the beach private beach.
The cottage is equipped with a Smart TV that has features including Roku, Netflix, YouTube etc. There are also dvd players and tv cable, all free and included with your stay!
Fishers take notice! There are Black Crappie in West Lake, Brown & Rainbow trout in Lake Ontario. May brings walleye season in the Bay of Quinte, and the end of June brings the CSFL to the Bay to fish bass in the Bay and the Main Duck Island.
The Great Salmon hunt weighs in the Big Boys in Wellington all summer long. The Fall brings the big walleye to Picton where anglers from all over Canada and USA come looking for a Trophy walleye.
