En general bien
El apartamento en general bien, pero hubo algunas cosas que no tan bien: los somieres de las literas son antiguos y muy incómodos, provocan dolor de espalda. Los enseres de cocina escasos, tuvimos que pedir más platos y vasos. Las cortinas de ducha estaban rotas y mohosas, también tuvimos que pedir que las cambiasen. Buen aire acondicionado, pero la ubicación del aparato receptor estaba en un baño, en vez de en el salón. Sería de agradecer que dejaran algún producto de limpieza y trapos.

Ideal para "campo base"
El piso estaba muy bien, aunque quizás le faltaba un poco de cuidado (más vajillas, escoba y fregona nuevas, algún producto básico como papel higiénico, fairy, etc.). Para 6 está bien como base, pero si tuviéramos que estar todo el día en casa, se hace pequeña. A 5 min andando de la Playa del Arenal y a unos 10-15 de las calas. Muy recomendable!

SÓLO DOS PEROS
El alojamiento es realmente estupendo, moderno y con una buena localización, a 5-10 minutos andando de la playa del Arenal. Hemos estado muy a gusto, con sólo dos aspectos a mejorar. Uno anecdótico, que es la falta de microondas. Y otro, mucho más importante, y de muy fácil solución. Está fenomenal la televisión por cable para los extranjeros, pero también lo alquilamos españoles y nos encontramos que no tenemos nuestros canales más habituales, que simplemente con conectarse con un cable antena a la antena local, además del cable internacional, podríamos ver la televisión. Si así fuera y se solucionara esto por parte del propietario holandés, sería un alojamiento PERFECTO.

Perfect if you are on a budget
The apartment was beautifully furnished and accommodated 4 adults and grandchildren of 4 and 6 years old very well. The pool was lovely and the apartment was in a good position for the beach. Our only small criticism is that the apartment lacked any basic supplies for cleaning or maybe a tea bag or some coffee. We had to buy virtually everything.
