The condo was spotless and had a really beautiful view of the ocean. Host was very communicative and helpful. Loved the pool, and the beach was just a short walk away. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Love staying at Shorewood in Hilton Head!

This was our 3rd stay in this condo complex and it continues to be a winner for our family. Great beach access and close walk to dining and shopping make it a standout. The views are awesome from this condo! The kids love the pool! We also love the management Host2coast who make it all smooth and easy with check in and out with communication!

Nicely decorated villa with outstanding views of the pool and ocean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen layout is a bit cramped...we had to remove knobs from cabinets to open the dishwasher. Coffeemaker could be upgraded. Everything else was wonderful!! We had a great week

Great Condo

we thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Shorewood. The condo was exactly as advertised. A good learning was that we happened to pick the same week as the fall break for schools and the pool was packed with kids. They overran the hot tub which was posted to be 12+ years old only, but it was not enforced often. The condo was great, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering it.

Great Condo on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It is very well kept, clean, and comfortable. The complex is also very nice and well kept. The pool is great, it is a short walk straight out to the beach, and you can walk or bike to all the shops and restaurants up the street. We would stay again for sure.

Great location and property!

531 Shorewood is a great location and a very nice property. It is a very short walk to nearby shops and restaurants (the frozen moo being one of our favorite ice cream spots). The beach was never overly crowded and easy to access. Overall a great place to stay and in a great location!

Thank you!Our comments: - The furniture, decorations, and the layout of the complex and the unit were nice, parking and elevator and stairs were accessible and clean. A few suggestions: - Maybe clean the floor and around and under the furniture and the bathroom a bit better. We found fair amount of hair balls and long black hair on the floor. - The dishwasher was not connected to the cabinet. For safety reason it needs to probably be fixed.

Bad start but got better

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great apartment overall - the location cannot be beat! There is a private pathway to the beach and its a quick walk to Coligny Plaza for restaurants/shopping. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Now to the bad start... we received a call 3 hours before check-in on Sat saying the dishwasher was broken and could only be fixed on Mon. The property management company apologized and said they would provide us with a discount for the stay. What we did not realize is that when we got there, the cabinets were partly disassembled and the dishwasher was in the middle of the kitchen limiting access (with dirty kitchen towels all on the ground). The tech came on Mon to fix the issue but never re-attached it to the counter so it was very unstable and we had to clean up after him (old parts just left on counter). I understand things break but even after telling them what happened, the property management company never followed up again and I am still waiting for the discount they promised.
