We are pet friendly and you have access to a shared dog yard. There are one reserved covered parking space and a couple of shared spaces. Free coffee and washer and dryer.

Clean and convenient

This property was accurately described and offered a convenient base for our trip to Tucson. Everything was exceptionally clean and most essentials were readily available. Like many spots in Tucson, the water pressure was an issue and it was difficult to use the kitchen sink. Also, this property would benefit from new sheets as I am not a fan of microfiber.While it didn’t bother us, it is important to note that the upstairs neighbors can be loud on their feet. This property provided exactly what we needed for our stay, it just would have been nice to have a little more comfort.

Great First Experience!!

We hadn't been to Tucson in almost a decade. The Vrbo was conveniently located near our old neighborhood and in close proximity to all essential places. The unit was very clean and organized. Came equipped with all necessities and even extras for infant that we didn't need. We had a designated parking spot right near the entrance to our unit. The owner was very thorough in her instructions and communucated clearly with me so there were no issues there. Overall, it was a great first experience and we look forward to utilizing Vrbo rentals again in the future.

Cute condo needs more.

We could have used a dresser to put away our clothes. Also the water pressure in the kitchen is very poor. Appliances were really up to date and the dishes etc were all available.

Thanks for your hospitality. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything provided for a nice stay. Upstairs neighbors somewhat loud but tolerable. Overall, very nice...thank you.
