Superb studio, quiet and very functional. It's the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian stay!

The apartment features a double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with TV and WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find:

- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located in a well-connected neighborhood:

Alexandre Dumas Metro station (line 2) is right downstairs, and Charonne station (line 9) is a 5-minute walk away.

Bus lines 71 and 76 stop right at the doorstep. Additionally, lines 46, 56, 61, and 69 are just a few steps from the address.

If you are arriving from Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airport, it will take you 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the apartment. The transportation cost is approximately 10-13€, while a taxi ride may range from 35 to 55 euros.

If you are arriving by train, taking a taxi is the more convenient option, costing around 20 euros.

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
We would like to inform you that renovations are currently underway in the building. Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Please be aware that the building where our apartment is located is currently undergoing renovations. These works, managed by the co-ownership, aim to improve the common areas and infrastructure of the building. While we strive to minimize any impact on your stay, some daytime noise or the presence of workers in the common areas may occur. We would like to emphasize that this situation, which is beyond our control, does not engage our responsibility, and we will not be able to accommodate any compensation requests for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
