Crush's Crash Pad strives to bring our guest to a wonderful tranquil place. Newly updated in March 2021, has all the newest features.

We offer Complimentary Pool and spa heat. A new keyless entry with a safety code that will give you contact free entry. Our property management team with 1st for Orlando is rated one of the best in Windsor hills. They have an excellent cleaning team that is doing a wonderful job providing high quality clean vacation homes.

We have update our appliances and kitchen supplies, baby supplies and towels, new bed linen. We have also updated our AC and water heater and pool pumps so that your stay will not be ruined with something breaking down.

We have updated our master shower. As well as the downstairs shower for roll in for those who might need a little extra security. Shower bench is in there too. The Patio has new furniture, along with a 50 in TV so you can watch a family favorite movie while relaxing in the pool.

We have chosen to make sure our guests have most of your needs met. We provide: toilet paper 3 rolls per each bathroom, trash bags for each day, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, bounce, paper towel.

Home Sweet Home

This was our fourth stay in Crush’s Crash Pad. Our hosts, Meta and Michael, were wonderful. They strive to make sure their guests are comfortable. They were very responsive to any questions I had before or during my stay. The home is very well equipped with all you need for an elegant dinner party. The large capacity washer and dryer are so helpful, especially being there with a large group. Everybody enjoyed the massage chairs. The children loved the Crush themed bedroom. They also liked having the game room to hang out and play in a room of their own. There are TV’s in every bedroom, the family room, game room, and even on the pool deck. I find the location to be very convenient to all the Disney attractions. In spite of the cold January weather we were able to use the heated pool at the house and the community pool. The resort also has a nice playground for the children. My family is already looking forward to our next visit to Crush’s Crash pad!

House with everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The house comes equipped with basics like laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, showering needs! The heated pool was amazing! We had a wonderful time!

Clean, Comfortable and Fun

We recently stayed in this property for a short 4-day break to visit the Orlando area attractions, and it exceeded our expectations! The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. In fact, our kids enjoyed staying at the house so much that it rivaled their excitement for Disney. With a private pool, hot tub, game room, and access to the community water park, there were endless activities to keep everyone entertained. The hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions we had. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and comfortable stay near the resorts.

Perfect House for Family Disney Trip

If you are looking for a place that is close to Disney with everything you could possibly need for visiting Disney, this is the place. We had 5 adults and 2 kids for a week and the house was just what we needed. The amenities were plentiful, and they really have thought of everything, including little kits in the bathrooms with toothbrushes and toothpaste, which came in handy when we realized we left everyone's toothbrushes at home! The house is beautiful, and all the rooms are spacious and well decorated. The kid rooms were so fun - filled with books, toys and all kinds of stuff for the kids to play with. It was walking distance to the clubhouse and water park in the resort, as well as the playground. We enjoyed being able to relax in the backyard pool and hot tub on off days and the massage chairs were a huge hit after long days at the parks. Meta and Mike were super responsive and great hosts! Would recommend this house 100%.

Family Vacation to FL

We choose to stay at Crush Crash pad after reaching out to locals in our area and it being recommended by multiple people. Check in was easy and both hosts were so fast at communicating. There were lots of games and activities for kids and adults. The pool was the perfect size and we utilized all of the kitchen essentials. The clubhouse pool was warm but the kids activities and big slides were cold. I’m sure in mid summer they felt good but November it was a little to chilly. There was tons of space to spread out and all parks and entertainment were super close. We did Wild Willy’s Airboat tour, Gatorland, Magic Kingdom, and Blizzard Beach! Also close to the airport, about 30-45 min depending on traffic. We have already looked at when we want o go back and would like to stay here again!

Superb Home

This is an excellent home with everything anyone could ever want to have a superb vacation. Everything has been thought through and the property is clean and extremely well equipped. Many benefits include comfortable beds, great deck and view at back of property, great choice of bedrooms a fantastic kitchen. Great Holiday At Crushes Crash Pad

We have just had a great holiday at Crushes Crash Pad. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need (and more) to make your stay enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, being within a short distance to the Theme Parks, etc. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by Hurricanes (Helene and Milton). Helene meant our arrival was delayed by 3 days and Milton arrived whilst we were there, which delayed our departure by 3 days due to cancelled flights. As a result of this, all the things we had planned to do during the holiday had to be changed but being based in Crushes Crash Pad made such a difference, allowing us to relax as best we could. We must also make a special mention about the owners, Meta and Mike. They were so helpful in every way both prior to and during our stay. We have holidayed in Florida for many years, and we can honestly say that we have never experienced the level of help and support given by this couple. They were in constant contact with us to ensure we were safe and had provisions to see us through. They also managed to extend our stay in the villa until our flight home, which was such a relief. We will be returning to Florida in 2025 and if possible, we will most definitely rebooked Crush Crash Pad……and hopefully have a Hurricane free holiday. Thanks again Meta and Mike for everything, you are a special couple.

Home Away on Vacay

This was our third stay at Crush’s Crash Pad. We are always excited to stay here because it feels like home. So nice to stay in familiar surroundings and exciting to explore the new additions to this beautiful home. They are always an upgrade to enhance your comfort. I noticed new showers in a couple of the bathrooms. Last visit it was the television on the pool patio. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. So nice to have the large capacity washer and dryer too. Meta and Mike are awesome hosts. They responded quickly to any questions before or during our stay. They checked in to make sure things were going well. Their attention to detail makes you feel like you are dealing with a good friend. We love having a pool right out the back door. It is only a short walk to the Community Pool and water park. The house is equipped with plenty of pool towels and pool toys. We can’t wait for our next visit which we have booked already!

Feel like home while away from home

We have rented this house a few times now and always have a great stay. We did have a small issue with the toilet but someone was out the next day to fix it and they apologized many times. Issues come up, it’s how they are handled that matters most. The service is great. Our favorite part is that they have everything you could need. So many kitchen appliances and the grill help a ton. We go for a couple weeks and we try to cook a good amount at the house. The pool is amazing as always too.

Best Villa in Windsor Hills and so close to Disney!

Our family of 12 including 4 kids and 8 adults had the best time at Metta's home for our 18 night stay. It was beautiful and had everything we needed even down to large fluffy pool towels! It was so clean that I felt like I was in my own home! The furniture and beds we so comfortable and we had more than enough plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans to use. Not to mention the grill they provided made mealtimes very easy. Everyone was able to spread out because there is so much room. The pool was perfect and getting to view the waterpark from it especially at night was very nice. Our grandkids loved the waterpark and it was just a couple of minutes walk from the house. The only negative thing that happened is we had to leave!! But we will be back!!

Overall Great Choice when Visiting Disney and surrounding Area

This house worked out great for our family. The pool and spa were a great place to relax and wind down after a long day at the Disney parks. We were so busy at Disney by the time we got home, we didnt get to take advantage of the game room. The house had plenty of room for our group, we had 6 adults and 1 baby. There was easily room for another couple. The neighborhood is very nice and the pool, fitness center and convenience store are a great bonus. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we would recommend staying here. Next time we visit the area, we will likely stay here again.

Perfect for Disney Vacation

1st time renting a home and not staying on Disney property and this was definitely the way to go! Place was huge, heated pool and hot tub so could use even when cooler out, game room, games to play,full stocked kitchen to cook! Plus super close to Disney! I think it took maybe 15 min or less most days! Property was also great with other pools, water slides, a little convience store and a small gym I used . Just great overall!

Fun Family Time!

We had a wonderful time staying at your gorgeous property, it was a home away from home for us. Everything you need is there, We relaxed and enjoyed the great pool and lanai. My granddaughters were in the pool when we weren't at the Disney parks. Will rent again in the future.

Amazing home 10/10 rating!!!

Even before we came down to this home the communication and response time from the owner and management company was great. We walked into the home and it smelled so clean. We have stayed in many hotels and homes in the past and have never had it just smell clean like this. Compared to other homes we rented in the past, this one had lots of extra supplies and things available. We just needed to buy our food for the week and they thought of everything else. We already booked a return visit before we even left this house. The setup of the home is perfect for our large family and gives enough space and privacy. The view of the lake and quick walk to the clubhouse and pool was a huge plus as well.

A return visit (foreseeing more in the future)

For starters, we got so lucky when we saw that the exact dates of our July 2022 Disney trip matched up perfectly and we only had one month to go. We enjoyed a full family vacation the year before and knew that when the dates matched, we had to cancel the plans already made for staying "on site" to come back to this dream home. My two littles ADORE this house, so much so, that they were the first ones in the massage chairs and eager to hop into "their hot tub". Being avid Disney fans, we spend early mornings and long nights at the park. Knowing we have busy days, there is NOTHING more rewarding than coming back to "crash" at "Crush's Pad". The beds and comforters are so comfortable! The way the house is set up allows for a family to truly spread out and give each other space to do what they'd like (happy hour on the pool patio, watching TV from the pool at night, arcade family night, etc.). If we're lucky enough to make our way back down to Florida next summer, we will be most definitely try to come back to this home away from home.

Fantastic

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before, but we all have to say that Crush’s Crash Pad was by far the best. Location was great over looking the lake. Some days the didn’t even want to go to the theme parks they loved being by the pool. They all loved the game’s room. We couldn’t fault the home at all. Amazing Disney Trip

We've stayed at several different properties in this neighborhood, in this one was by far the best. All the beds were very comfortable. Having supplies already in the house was amazing. It's worth paying a little extra to be able to start enjoying your vacation right away versus fighting the lines in walmart.

Definitely place for family vacation

Property management is very professional and helped to accommodate a few additional needs in a timely fashion. Check in very easy, we like the gated feature of the neighborhood for safety. Home had everything to allow us to enjiy, relax and eat. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are very comfortable. Nice having 4 king beds for us adults and the grandchildren enjoyed their rooms. Game room is amazing! Plenty of pool towels, bath towels to accommodate us all. We'll be back next year with children and grandchildren. Thank you!

Wonderful Owners/Home

This home was wonderful for my family of 11 (ages ranged from 2-68) The home was very clean upon arrival which was a huge PLUS! home had everything for starters. PLENTY of towels, blankets, utensils and so on! My little toddlers LOVE the princess room, the Game room was a great bonus as well. We all enjoyed the lovely pool after LONG days after the parks. The owners were so wonderful overall and we enjoyed our gift as well. Husband and I are already planning next year's trip. We will most definitely be staying on this property again!

Fantastic property!! As advertised!!

We can’t say enough good about our stay! In reading reviews on other properties the common theme was lack of towels, lack of bedding, etc. None of these were issues for our stay here. Home was clean, new furniture and the tv outside on the pool deck was a great addition! Property management was super easy to reach as well. We’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits!

Windsor Hills is a beautiful resort but even more so the look from out by the pool is just amazing. The view from the patio overlooking the lake has incredible relaxing view. It is so relaxing to sit and hear the birds and frogs in the conservation area. The Windsor hills resort pool area is just across the lake and it is fun to watch the guests enjoying the waterslides at the community pool. So close! Windsor hills resort is just amazing! the owners communicate together and actually help each other out like true neighbors.
