Great Location

We had two couple all in their 70s share this condo. The location was great. The condo itself was fine but really could use some updating. The beds were very comfortable. However, when we stripped the beds on the last day we were so disgusted by the brown stains on the mattress covers. We like to cook all of our breakfasts and most of our dinners but the frying pans were not great and they had very few utensils. In fact, I went out and purchased several that were left for future guests. The lighting in the bathrooms and kitchen is poor. Taking a shower is almost like bathing in the dark. There were ample towels and blankets, which was nice. Sarah always responded promptly. Our last day there was no hot water and the elevator was not working making bringing out our luggage to the car a challenge as we are not spring chickens. If you are looking for a place very close to the beach and you don’t plan on doing much cooking, I would recommend staying here.

Amazing place

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s place on the beach. The location is just perfect. Watching the boats cruising up the intercoastal in the morning, lazing on the beach and by the pool. Plenty of excellent places to eat within walking distance. Sarah was a brilliant host. Super responsive and even letting us stay past our check out time when we found out our flight home had been delayed

Fabulous!!

This was our second year staying at this condo. It is always clean, and well maintained. We love how close the beach is. This unit is within walking distance of great pizza, yummy seafood, and ice cream! We will definitely be back. Again.

Sarah was a fantastic host! She sent us a list of local restaurants and attractions, which were helpful. The location was great and the house was awesome! They have chairs, sand toys and even an umbrella to help shade you while out on the beach. The beach is a hop and a skip away which was very ideal for our vacation. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation spot! Thank you Sarah!

Lovely condo

Enjoyed our stay at WCV in March. The unit was spacious and the location is excellent. We had some issues with the dryer and dishwasher but they were resolved promptly by the owner. The unit could use some updated furniture, specifically dining room table and chairs which were wicker, and master bedroom furniture. we managed tho for the time we were there. Sarah, the owner was so nice to deal with....and looked after things promptly. I would definitely book that unit again, once the upgrades are made.

Great Condo in great location

This 3 bedroom condo was very clean upon entrance. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was in a great location situated between St Pete’s and Clearwater, but not surrounded by noise from restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent again.

Loved this condo

We had an absolutely great vacation. The condo was spacious, comfortable & clean. The view from the deck, overlooking the inter coastal water, was so beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing watching the boats and the dolphins. The pool was steps away from the elevator and right on the beach. Sarah was so easy to communicate with, when we had a question, she emailed us back immediately. We loved everything about this rental.

Cleanliness

Whoever paid the cleaning fee before our visit got ripped off. There was advanced black furry mold growing on the ceiling in the laundry room, which was in the center of the condo and had no doors. The 1st day we arrived we took off our shoes and our feet were filthy so I spent the first hour of my vacation scrubbing the floor with only a bucket and towels (no mop or any type of cleaning supplies to be found). We also found a ring of mold around the lip of the bathroom sink. I contacted the owner asap and request someone to come and check these items out, clean with bleach and suggested providing us with another location. This was our "out of state, fly to, rental car, 11 day vacation" so it wasn't like we could pack up and leave. She complained but finally agree to send someone to scrub everything and the cleaning lady did a great job - too bad it wasn't done before we got there. However, there was/is a leak in the ceiling causing the mold and by the end of our stay, the black was re-appearing. I contacted her for a partial refund. Crickets. Not even a single response to my email. That is not okay. We pd for a clean and disinfected condo. We did not get what we pd for!

Little Slice of beach bum heaven

This place has what you are looking for! Need beach toys? Beach towels? A place to rinse off as you come off the beach? Walk directly from the lower level and onto the gulf beach. The host sent pictures of everything ( lock boxes, parking area, fishing dock). The host was very communicative and checked in to see how it was going. The 2 big bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice little patio that overlooks the canal side. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and communication!

The unit was exactly as shown. The beds were all very comfy, as well as the living room furniture. Pool area had ample seating and was very clean. Not a crowded area as far as the beach so very family safe. Lots of things nearby. Hostess was always available for questions, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for family beach vaca

We were familiar with the condo when we visited, but staying in this unit was new. It was nice to be able to do all of the check-in/out on site. We were well-stocked on all of the little things we needed throughout the week like toilet papers, trash bags, cleaning supplies, towels, and beach gear. Communication with the property owner was fantastic as well.

Love location! Not crowded with other spring breakers.

This place was perfect for our spring break get away... The pool (heated) is a little small but I heard they are suppose to make it bigger. Tried to book again but it's all ready rented:(

Location and residence review

Location is amazing. Right on the beach with private beach access. Close to shops and restaurants. The host was in contact often and very easy to deal with. Bring your parking skills the designated spot is a little tricky. The property was clean and well supplied with pots, pans,beach equipment etc. I would reccomend this spot for a family with older children. Thanks Sarah
