Le Lortet - new studio - cozy atmosphere

Located near Place Jean Macé, a few minutes' walk from the Perrache train station and Sergent Blandan park, you will appreciate the tranquility and comfort of this modern and tastefully decorated studio.

The apartment is located in a brand new residence. It overlooks an inner courtyard on the ground floor.

You will enjoy a bright living space with HD TV and a double sofa bed140*190, and a nice view on the inner courtyard of the building. You will also enjoy a nice dining area for 2 people and a small modern kitchen fully equipped, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.

WIFI Fiber available. Courtesy items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a traveler's guide that will give you all the information about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and the good addresses in Lyon.

The entrance to the apartment is done with our receptionist by appointment. The checkout is scheduled until 11am maximum.

It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty.

IMPORTANT: during events with a high risk of wild parties and damages (New Year's Eve, Halloween, National Day...), an exceptional deposit by credit card of 500€ will be required before the beginning of the stay (Airbnb platform included). It will not be possible to access the apartment without a secured deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
