Es gibt schönere Orte auf der Insel

Westküste ist deutlich schöner und die Militärbasis um die Ecke fängt früh 7 Uhr mit Schießübungen an, so dass man sich Teil weiße wie im Krieg fühlt.

A 2 pas de la plage et bien équipée

La location est bien situé, bien équipée, spacieux, la grande terrasse et son barbecue un vrai plus. Le propriétaire très sympathique.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme. La maison est conforme aux photos et équipée de tous les éléments nécessaires. Marcel est sympathique . Nous sommes à côté de la mer et proche de la montagne pour profiter des piscines baturelles Merci

La zona la frequentevamo già da tempo ma pe la prima volta abbiamo fatto solo 1 settimana, con 2 cani e qui ci siamo trovati benissimo. Merita soggiorni più lunghi. Ben accessoriato, comodissimo per 2 comodo anche se hai 1 figlio o 2 cani di tg media come i nostri. Zona al quanto tranquilla ma non vi è molto segnale telefono.. ha il wifi ma non potentissimo (per noi non è stato sicuramente importante) Marcel è stato davvero cortese e molto discreto, non fa mancare nulla. Ci torneremo!

Natur pur

Die Unterkunft in Bravone liegt direkt am Meer. Es gibt mehrere kleine Buchten für Ruhesuchende, sowie ein langer Sandstrand für mehr Aktion. Die 2 Zimmer Villa ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und hat Charmme. Die rießige Terasse ist ideal für gemeinsame Grillabende. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die Insel zu erkunden und um einzukaufen. Marcel der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist iim Vergleich super und wir können die Villa weiteremmpfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Danke an Marcel! Lg Ramona, Marc und Edwin

Appartamento comodo e completo di servizi

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole durante luglio 2018, in un posto molto tranquillo e rilassante con la spiaggia a pochi minuti dall'appartamento. Il signor Marcel è una persona molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema e ci ha messo a disposizione un'appartamento completo di elettrodomestici e molto funzionale. Bellissima la grande terrazza con vista mare per poter mangiare all'aperto e per riposare. Ringraziamo per l'ospitalità e la disponibilità il signor Pacelli e consigliamo l'appartamento a chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla in Corsica.

Die ruhige Lage ist ideal zum Entspannen und um den Osten der Insel zu erkunden

Herr Pacelli war sehr freundlich und wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man im allgemeinen für den Urlaub braucht. Schön ist auch die große Terrasse. Wir haben uns für diese Wohnung entschieden, da Herr Pacelli als Kontaktsprache u. a. deutsch angegeben hat. Wir mussten dann vor Ort feststellen, dass Herr Pacelli nur französisch spricht. Zum Glück hatten wir auf dem Handy eine Übersetzungsapp und er war mit dem Laptop ausgestattet, so ging die Verständigung dann einigermaßen. Leider konnten wir dann auch nur französische Fernsehprogramme empfangen (obwohl Kabel-TV angegeben wurde), das war ärgerlich. Schnakenmittel nicht vergessen. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge gemacht und viel gesehen. Nachdem wir Anfang Juni dort waren, waren noch nicht so viele Feriengäste dort, sodass wir beim Frühstück und Abends auf der großen Terrasse die Ruhe und das Vogelgezwitscher genießen konnten.

Eine gute Lage, um den Osten zu erkunden

Marcel ist sehr herzlich und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Da es im März noch recht kalt sein kann, hat uns der Holzofen quasi gerettet. Wir haben viele KM gemacht und z.B. die Castagniccia und den Solenzaro; Porto und Bonifacio besucht. Gigantische Aussichten genossen! Zur Ferienwohnung: Es war alles da und der Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Eine schöne Küste mit nahe gelegenem Truppenübungsplatz. Deshalb sehr natürlich und am Wochenende immer sehr ruhig! In der Woche fliegen die Düsenjets und es wird geballert, jedoch nicht lange. Vllt. eine Stunde und das war´s dann auch. Nur schade, dass es dann auch mal zur Frühstückszeit war. Letztlich überwiegen aber die Vorteile. Praktischer Tipp: An Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel und Filtertüten sollte man denken.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und in der Küche gibt es sogar eine Spülmaschine. Wir waren im Dezember dort und die Wohnung konnte dank des Kamines gut aufgewärmt werden. Marcel ist ein toller Vermieter und hat sich um alles gekümmert und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein schöner weitläufiger Strand ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man auf schönen Wegen entlang der Küste wandern. Marcel der Vermieter spricht leider weder englisch noch deutsch, aber dank google translate ist das kein Problem. Wir konnten uns trotz dass wir kein französisch sprechen gut mit Ihm verständigen. Ich wuerde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect apartment for perfect vacation, near to the wonderful beach, very nice landlord

Besides a complete new and splendid bathroom the apartment disposes of two charming terraces, numerous playthings for kids (and adults :)), dish-washer, washing-machine, WIFI and and and. The very nice landlord himself gives you the keys and answers all your questions. We spend two great weeks there with our three sons. The quarter is calm and familiar. A Little shop for your daily needs and a few good restaurants are nearby. Maybe we will try to come back next year 2018...

Villa très bien situé, proche de la mer ( 5min à pied ).Villa très bien équipé.

La villa est très bien équipée , Mr Pacelli est à l'écoute et très sympathique. Le logement à été rénové, cuisine et salle de bain. Une grande terrasse très agréable Le wifi compris dans le prix. Plusieurs plages sont accessibles à pieds et certaines ne sont pas trop fréquenté. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour entre détente sur la plage et visites de L'isle de beauté qui porte bien son nom !

Endroit agréable et calme ,nous avons adoré

Bon accueil des propriétaires ,qui sont à l'écoute ,l'appartement comme à la description dans un lieu calme et très près de la mer. Nous avions un enfant avec qui nous avons pu jouer au ping-pong ,aux boules,enfin il y avait de quoi profiter de se reposer avec le chant des cigales ,et flâner par les sentiers au dessus des criques petites et ensuite plages dans une pineraie.Je retournerai volontiers chez ce propriétaire tant pour leur générosité que par la situation de la location.Un grand merci à Mme et Mr PACELLI Marcel

Loacation située en bord de mer, fonctionnelle avec grand espace extérieur

La villa est très bien située, à 200 m de la mer dans un lotissement tranquille. On a accès à différentes plages et petites criques très agréables. Le propriétaire met à disposition une ancienne planche à voile (sans la voile) qui a été très appréciée de nos ados. La maison dispose de tout le confort pour une famille de 5 personnes, une petite supérette dans le lotissement permet d'avoir du pain et autres produits. Le téléphone portable ne passe pas dans la maison. Malgré une ventilation, les nuits ont été très chaudes. L'orientation de la maison permet d'être à l'ombre en milieu d'après-midi ce qui est très agréable. Nous sommes très contents de notre semaine du 22 au 29 juillet 2017.

Eine sehr gepflegte, saubere Wohnung mit netten Vermietern. Gut ausgestattet. Nur das Bett (Ausziehsofa) war für deutsche Verhältnisse zu schmal und zu hart (ist aber wohl fast überall auf Korsika so). Toll ist die große Terrasse und natürlich die Nähe zum Strand. Es gibt mehrere Strandabschnitte zur Auswahl. Alle sind schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Vacances idéales

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la mini villa 2 de Mr Pacelli. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, rien ne manque dans cette location, les literies sont très confortables, Nous avons dormi dans le clic clac où le matelas vaut bien un vrai lit. L'espace extérieur permet de prendre tous les repas dehors (et oui on est en Corse), les chaises longues pour la sieste, le barbecue, tout y est ! La petite supérette à proximité permet d'aller chercher du pain frais le matin à pied, nous allions également à pied à la plage via des petits sentiers sans route à traverser. Bref des vacances idéales... Les propriétaires ont de nombreux projets pour leurs 2 locations pour les rendre bien sûre toujours plus agréables, merci à eux. Nous n'hésiterons pas à conseiller cette location.

Des vacances réussies.

Très jolie villa dans une résidence calme et fleurie. L'équipement et le confort sont conformes à la description et les travaux envisagés en amélioreront encore la cuisine et la salle de bain. Le jardin arboré et fleuri permet de manger et de se reposer soit au soleil soit à l'ombre (pergola, parasols, arbres...). Point de départ de nombreuses randonnées et visites aux alentours, Mr Pacelli nous a indiqué ce qui était intéressant, ainsi qu'un petit chemin à travers la garrigue qui permet d'arriver à une belle plage tranquille. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce séjour et la grande gentillesse et disponibilité de Mr Pacelli. Les commerçants sur place sont peu nombreux, mais très sympathiques et serviables. Séjour à renouveler et location à recommander sans hésitation.

Très bun séjour

Belle location pour 2 personnes. A l'intérieur et extérieur tout y est très bien équipé. Nous sommes très bien reçu par le propriétaire et il est très disponible dommage pour le manque de réseau de téléphone. Très agréable séjour.

Wonderful Nature Getaway

A friendly and warm welcome received from owner. Property is in a good, quiet location where you can listen to the birds and the waves on the beach. The villa is clean and well equipped, with excellent outdoor space for sunbathing, barbecue and drinking the many local wines available. There are a few restaurants and a shop within walking distance and larger supermarkets a short drive on the main road. Ideally located for exploring the entire east coast, and Bastia in the north, Marine de Bravone is situated about 45 minutes from Bastia airport. The local beaches are sandy plus there are some rocky coves, it is not crowded, and there are many wineries in the area. Night time is quiet, save for a few birds early in the morning. There is a nature reserve and a pine tree lined footpath along the cliff top to more sandy beaches. Ideal romantic and quiet getaway.
