We purchased this Lake home because it's located so close to shopping in Fairfield Bay , Heber Springs , There are 3 Marinas close to boat launch . People very friendly down to earth and helpful . We needed an escape from the everyday life and this was a home we could come to and still be close to everything . It's a very comfortable home .
