Enjoy a relaxing get-away on beautiful Lake Istokpoga, a 27000-acre fresh water lake. This 2/2 home is on a canal 300 feet from the lake! The upstairs leaving has 2 bedroom, 2 baths and spacious living space that opens out to the screened deck. The boat dock has room for 1 boats and can accommodate guest boats . There is a public ramp just feet's away.

The House has received some minor cosmetic damages, and our doc roof has been partially removed from Hurricane Ian. Nothing that will affect your safety or enjoyment. We just want to be upfront and assure you that we are working hard to get these repaired.

Lake House on Lake Istopoka

We absolutely loved property. Boat dock , modern Kitchen with all amenities Fenced in yard all great. Tons of bird life. Eagles, Hoot owls ,Osprey tons of waterbirds . Loved the neighborhood. Very friendly and welcoming. Owner extremely accommodating . Would stay again

Fishing Paradise

We were very pleased with the house when we arrived. It was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. They had bunk beds which is so convenient for a Family environment. The kitchen had all of the amenities for cooking and microwaving. The house was very clean. We do not have Children. They had toys for Children to play with and a basketball. They had a basketball net outside. We loved the access to the lake on the canal with the beautiful dock. This was so convenient because we tied our boat up to the dock and left it there for 2 weeks. We did not have to worry about launching our boat every day. Rudy was available 24/7, which was awesome. He was very helpful on 2 occasions. The Neighbors were very friendly. The Restaurants did not disappoint!!! The fishing was fantastic. We loved every second of our stay and did not want to leave!!! We have already booked our next vacation at this same location!!!! We highly recommend this awesome house to everyone!

Perfect location

The property is very nice. Clean and tidy. The neighborhood was very quiet, nice neighbors and boat ramp access is literally 3 houses down. The property owners are more than accommodating. I dont have one negative thing to say about this place. Will definitely book again.

Great place, highly recommend

Me and wife stayed here for a month. Very spacious, very nice amenities, very friendly and responsive host. Really liked the boat slip and lift to keep boat ready for the lake and fishing. Nice clean small town atmosphere that had enough stores and shops. Sebring just a short drive away with bigger stores and more restaurants. Yes, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone else searching for a great place

Great Lake Location

My husband and I spent a week at the house. The location on a canal that led to the lake was perfect. We were able to launch our boat just 2 houses away at a public ramp. The home was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and completely stocked. The host, Rudy, responded quickly to all of our questions. It was a very relaxing week of fishing.

Comfortable and clean, great location.

Great property if you are a sportsman. Quick access to the lake, and dock right behind the house. Boat ramp only a few doors down. Clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely would stay again.

Lake stay for hunting

This was a great and convenient place to stay on the water during our gator hunt. The host was quick getting back to us with any questions or concerns. I would stay there again. Such a beautiful inland Florida location.

Peaceful getaway

Love when you go on vacation and you fill like your at home. This house is very equipped with everything you need. Loved sitting on the dock swing watching the sunrise. We caught some large bluegill right off the dock. We also saw several alligators in the canal.

Nice place, nice fish

Great location, the property was nice including dock and boat lift. Relaxing neighborhood great for walking. Bass fishing was very good and we also caught a few crappies.

Fabulous Vacation in Lake Placid

This place was a wonderful vacation home. Beautiful, spacious, a great kitchen (cooking island, great appliances and lots of cabinet space). It has an amazing screened in porch where we spent lots of hours. The dock made it convenient to store our boat and gave us immediate access to the lake, which was important since we fished a lot. Our hosts were wonderful, kind, and helpful. We hope to return to this lovely place for another vacation.

Lakeside getaway

The property was as described, quiet and conveniently located for our boating/hunting trip. Plenty of space and the covered dual boat dock w lift was the icing on the cake. Rudy was kind and always responsive to me.

Lake House

We have traveled to Lk. Placid for many years and this house was by far the cleanest and best organized upon arrival. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect to enjoy the natural environment. The neighborhood was safe, friendly and offered safe walking with our dog. Everyone enjoyed all the patio areas and the private dock area was an extra bonus. It wonderful to see the morning sun rises relaxing on the porches or on the dock swing. Would recommend this home to anyone enjoying privacy, natural settings and convenience to town.

Awesome getaway

Very spacious, awesome place to get away for a week or just a weekend getaway! Boat dock with lift made accessing the lake so much easier! We’ll be back again!
