Come and enjoy "Sea-Esta"! This bright, beautiful, stunning oceanfront condo located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a guest room has two full beds. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower bath room in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Wonderful week in paradise
We completely enjoyed our stay at Sans Souci 604. We were lucky enough to have been there for the Blue Angel’s show at Pensacola Beach. You could not believe the views we had of the jets. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and furnished well. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend renting this room!!

We enjoyed the condo and it was clean. We would have liked to know that we didn't have an assigned parking spot under the condo. It was bad weather when we got there and we didn't know that we would have to park outside.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful place on the beach! The host was kind and quick to answer any questions that I had. Good location with the beach right there, the hot tub was nice when it was chilly out, and walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner and drinks was nice. A great place and we would stay again.

Relaxing October Beach Weekend
The condo was well-appointed with ample space for a family of four. There were plenty of towels (even beach towels) and it was clean. The balcony was our favorite as we enjoyed listening to the waves and watching sunsets. There is some wear and tear from previous renters, but it appears the owner tries to keep up with maintaining the rental. The location is fabulous as it’s across from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant and on the quieter side of Pensacola Beach. The pier, various entertainment places, and restaurants is a very short drive or nice walk on the beach away.

The location of the condo is nice. The condo is across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. The cleanliness of the condo was horrible!! I found dirty dishes in the cabinet. There was no coffee cups and one spoon! The refrigerator had dried lettuce. The floor had sand on it. Yes, it’s at the beach but this was an excessive amount. The extra blankets smelled. We stayed in the condo for the weekend to move my Marine to another base.

Family Beach condo steps from the beach
We traveled to Pensacola for a weekend jammed packed with cheer nationals. It was our second time staying in this particular unit. The convenience of getting to the beach in seconds and having dedicated chairs/umbrellas made our stay all the better. Since the beach was out the condo's back door, it allowed us more beach time in-between sessions at nationals. We had a fantastic time crab hunting at night too. We left a bucket and net for the next crab hunters to use. Pros: The unit is very comfortable for our family of 4. 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, and kitchen area, and my favorite area: the balcony! The view is gorgeous. You can see from the pier (left) all the way down to the Fort Pickens area (right). Yes: the building is older, had some construction going on during our stay, and the building is not as flashy as some of the others along the beach, but our unit is special to us and just feels like home. The unit decor is on point-all things beach, and instantly puts you in a relaxed mode. This condo unit suits our family perfectly. Gives the girls their own bedroom space and bathroom and my husband and I had our own space and bathroom. The kitchen is adequately stocked with the essentials. The living room furniture is comfortable to kick back and relax. We utilized the hot tub this trip. OMG. I love that hot tub. It felt amazing. We would book again because this unit feels like home to us when we travel down for cheer nationals. Here are our cons: The unit is not pristine, but it's very loved and used. If I could fix or add 3 things they would be: 1: adding a pillowtop or memory foam mattress to the guest bedroom beds. The girls stated their beds were very hard and didn't sleep as comfortably. 2: add blackout curtains in the master bedroom. Currently, there are NO curtains just blinds. That window allows a lot of light into the room due to the exterior lighting which is always on. 3: Add a pedestal fan that plugs in for the master bedroom. The unit air worked great: we just sleep with an extra fan on a regular basis and it would help to block out some of the night noise. Other issues: our gate code didn't work. Thankfully, when we first arrived, we were able to pull in right after someone in front of us went through. The rest of the week we used a teammate's code and it worked. Since we had a working code from a teammate, I didn't bother notifying Sun Coastal since we had a resolution.

Not so great.
The property was amazing, but we had a few issues with the room. Starting off, when we walked in we immediately had sand all over our feet like it wasn’t vacuumed, there was food under the couch, in the master bathroom, and under the bed. (Cheeto balls) The shower had hair in it from the previous renter, there was water damage to the ceiling, the tile was cracked and paint was peeling off the walls, and sand all over the furniture. I’m really disappointed for the price I paid for it to be like this. Overall, I probably won’t be booking again.

While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

Why they chose this property

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

On the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the world-famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar there is no location any better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
