Love Windsor Palms!

We enjoyed our stay once more at Windsor Palms. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort. The pool area is always full but a fun atmosphere. Our unit was very nicely decorated. The unit was well stocked with small items but was missing many basic kitchen items for making meals. Stefan, our host, was prompt to get the items needed for us! He was great to work with!

Amazing family vacation at Windsor Palms

Seamless checkin. Open, transparent and timely two way communication with our host Stefan. Lovely, well appointed property a short Walt to the club house, pool, fitness center, convenience store and theatre. Utilized the Tennis/Pickleball courts to balance our chill time with sone fitness. We will certainly return.

Liked the gated community. Hated we dealt with ants the entire stay. Had to buy Raid and spray the entire place. Ants never stopped.

Geckos on the prowl

The place was in a great location, we loved the amenities of the community however the place had an abundance of critters. I caught and relocated 6 geckos from inside the unit. If my daughter had spotted any one of these I’m pretty sure we would have been sleeping in our car. But the unit was also overrun with ants which seemed to be feasting on the crumbs that had been gathering under the sofa for quite some time. And to top it off, an assortment of mini sized spiders. Had they been larger I would have been leading the sleep in the car protest! Such a shame that such a beautiful place was overrun with insects and reptiles. Hope an exterminator is brought in to correct the issue because the place is perfect otherwise!

Senior Trip for my Daughter

Awesome for Families with preteens

Great place to stay. It is about a 30 minute drive to military base, Seaworld, and a hour to legoland. Had everything you can think of to include things you may have forgot (carseat, stroller). House was super clean and comfy for a family of 6 ranging in ages from 40 to 11. Had a balcony. Didn't realize it is a 3rd floor but that was not an issue. The pool was nice. They had a theater on site and a little arcade. Overall it was a great stay! I highly recommend to others!!

Great place, and great host

This place was wonderful. We had plenty of room, for 6 people (3 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids) in this one. It doesn't have a pool, but there is a really nice club house with many amenities that the kids loved. We had an initial hiccup upon showing up, but Stefan was a great host and had everything straightened up very fast. He even did a few magic tricks to entertain the hangry kids. He is literally a msg away, and was so helpful to us.
