6309 Hampton Place is a three-bedroom end unit that features a wraparound balcony and panoramic ocean views from each bedroom. Rarely seen on the rental market, and recently renovated with designer touches throughout. Easily accessible from the garage via the stairs or the oversized elevator.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, flat screen TV and access to the private balcony. The updated kitchen features granite quartz countertops, new appliances, an eat-at bar and quaint sitting area to enjoy cocktails or a captivating conversation. The dining area provides seating for eight. Designer touches are used throughout, from quartz countertops, custom window treatments and luxurious furnishings.
Additional amenities include wireless internet and a full size washer/dryer.
The master bedroom has ocean views, a king bed and access to its' own private balcony. A double-sink vanity, separate makeup counter, and oversized shower aBedroom two also has a king bed with ocean views and bedroom three has two full beds and ocean views.

Hampton Place is a gorgeous, oceanfront complex located in Palmetto Dunes. This complex offers an oceanfront swimming pool (heated seasonally), kid's pool, sun deck, barbecue area and fitness center. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to one of the finest stretches of beach on Hilton Head. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer - golfing, tennis, fishing and miles of bike paths.

Palmetto Dunes Features: The premier Palmetto Dunes resort area features miles of white sand beach, three world-class golf courses and guest fitness and tennis centers. Canoe and kayak through the intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and kids' activities and entertainment. Wonderful condo

The views from this condo were absolutely breathtaking. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and roomy. The owner Denisa was always available day and night to address any questions. Overall a great experience.

Best sunrises anywhere!

We had a fantastic time in this amazing condo. Very nice, beautiful views of the beach/ocean and pool, and hot tub. We loved the location and how nice the condo was. Also the beds are very comfortable. We want to definitely stay there again.

If I could give this condo more than 5 stars I would! This is the best Condo we have stayed at at HH and we have been coming here for 20 years. The view is second to none. Wrap around porch. Amazing ocean view from 3 sides! Beds at comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Decor is beautiful and calming! Recently renovated. The owner was fabulous to deal with. We will be coming back for sure! Highly recommend!

Great views!

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 30 years. This property by far has some of the best views we've had in a condo. Absolutely beautiful. I was also very impressed with the excellent communication I had with the owner, providing quick replies to my questions, and going above and beyond to assist us with a few logistical problems we ended up having when we needed extra parking passes. From an appliance standpoint, this condo also had the largest capacity clothes washer and dryer that we've had (which is important when you have 8 people staying in the condo!), and a super quiet dishwasher (we've had dishwashers in prior condos that were so loud we couldn't run them when we were in the unit because we couldn't hear ourselves!). Highly recommend this property. We stayed here with my elderly in-laws (happy to also have an elevator from the parking lot that was quick and efficient for their sakes), two adults, and four children ages 15-19.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful oceanfront view. Updated unit and furnishings, clean. Owner responds promptly to questions and concerns. Pool is clean with plenty of lounge chairs. Adult pool a plus. Bike trails easily accessible. Another relaxing and fun stay in Hilton Head.

A little piece of heaven in Hilton head

We've been coming to Hilton Head for over 7 years now and have stayed at a different VRBO each time. This condo surpasses any place we've ever stayed on the island. Not only is it a VERY spacious 3 bedroom but the wrap around balcony outside is downright divine. Magnificent views of the ocean from sunrise to sundown and a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails. It is a very well appointed unit with everything you need for a week's stay. Very comfortable beds and a very well maintained unit - extremely clean! Whenever we have a larger group coming back to the island, we will definitely stay here again. We loved every minute. thank you for sharing your lovely unit with us Cindy

Family beach vacation

Stayed for a week with our teens and they each brought a friend. The condo and the property were perfect. We were together but could easily spread out and be off doing our own things. The condo was spacious and well appointed for our group. I loved that I could be on the beautiful balcony and still see the kids at the beach or the pool. We watched the sunrise each morning from the balcony with our coffee. We used the grills at the pool to cook dinner which were clean and easy to use. Denisa is super attentive- helped us feel like we were family staying at the place. Great week!

Hilton Head Griswold family vacation

What can I say…commanding view of the beach, sunrise and sunset from the huge deck! Likewise, the views from within were just as spectacular. The condo is beautifully decorated it had everything you’d expect. Will definitely return.

Beautiful place!

We stayed here for a week with family, and the place is perfect! Views from every room, updated decor and furniture, open floor plan and great communication with owner. We rebooked this place for next year and can’t wait to go back! The only thing I would change is the soft mattresses in every bedroom, killer on the back if you are used to a more firm sleep:)

Beautiful Views

Lovely property and perfect location not to mention the views and decor. Accommodated 6 adults and 1 toddler beautifully. Right on the beach and easy pool access. Wi-Fi was an issue with spotty service—difficult as we needed essential internet access for some adults doing a working vacation. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful home and view, WiFi challenged

We very much enjoyed this beautiful home and its view. Getting a WiFi connection was sometimes difficult, and moving the modem/router from its original location directly in back of the TV helped. (We put the modem/router back into its original location when we left.) The beach location was great, and we enjoyed walking and biking on the beach.

Slice of heaven

Had the most wonderful 2 weeks at this beachside condo. Pictures are totally accurate. The best feature is the location right on the dune with the mature pine and palm plantings framing the view. You get the illusion that you are alone on the beach in this beautiful property. All the bedrooms have killer beach views and the 2 masters are separated so you hear no crossover noise. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items. The balconies are spacious and well furnished. Hampton Court property is well maintained and quiet with beautiful pool and hot tub areas. There were only 2 glitches worth mentioning. The elevator went out 3 times during our stay but we made it up to the 3 rd floor. Nice that the stairs deliver you right to the unit. Also both the internet and cellular service were very spotty after 6 pm so if you have business needs to tend to you might want to plan accordingly. Overall, we highly recommend this property. It is one of the best!

Beautiful retreat inside and out.

In our very many trips to HH, this was our second time staying at this particular Condo. I am a neat freak and can only relax when the environment around me is as beautiful inside as outside. This place has an A+ in every area. Our Grand children enjoy picnic lunches on the balcony and it is a convenient walk to the beach where we play all day. The owners are very easy to get a hold of and do everything possible to make the stay perfect in every way. We have come to love this particular unit so much, we see ourselves coming back to it year after year.

Fabulous Vacation

6309 Hampton Place was more than we expected. The property was very clean and accommodated 6 adults and 2 infants. There are views of the beach from every room and a marvelous patio for morning coffee and evening beverages. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs. The owners were quick to respond to emails and very easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next visit.
