About this property

A beautiful, updated, well maintained 3 BR modern townhouse condo. Open floor plan includes 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 spacious living rooms with cable TV, internet, full kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave & breakfast bar. Skylights w/ loft area. Two wood stoves including firewood. Finished basement with bar area, sectional couch and sleep sofa. Sliders to deck with patio furniture & charcoal grill. two minutes to StoryLand, close to Jackson waterfalls, hiking, canoeing, dining and shopping. Ten minutes to N. Conway Ctr. Peaceful semi-private setting.
Tenants need to bring sheets, pillow cases & towels, all blankets /comforters are provided by host.

About the area:
To escape the summer heat enjoy the serenity of Jackson Falls. Hale Location is a great nine hole golf course close by with breathtaking views and challenging holes. Hike the magnificent trails at Diana's Bath (dog friendly) and Cathedral Ledge, canoe down the Saco River, relax in the beach side sand of Echo Lake. Alternatively, the excitement of downtown North Conway is a quick drive away, as you can enjoy the Settler's Green shopping Outlets and all of the excitement that the strip offers (mini golf, 5&10 cent candy store, restaurants and ice cream at every corner).

During the winter months, ski, skate, and snow tube right around the corner. 5 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 10 to Cranmore, 15 to Wildcat, and 25 minutes to Bretton Woods. Nestlenook Farm which is just 5 minutes down the road offers ice skating, snow shoeing and authentic sleigh rides. Warm up at their outdoor fire pit or hot cocoa inside their enclosed Victorian gazebo.

Some of our favorite restaurants include the Red Parka Pub (less than a mile), Shannon Door, Tuckerman's Tavern, & Red Fox Pub. (The RPP and Shannon Door offer live entertainment on weekends).

Winter Getaway

The condo is comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for the family to spread out. The perfect location for skiing and a trip to Ice Castles event. Two days of plowable snow was no problem as the plows were out quickly and the steps even shoveled for us!

Charming cabin feel in the woods

Very fun place to stay. Fireplace was essential for the cool nights. Plenty of room and things to do while at the house. Please consider waterproof laminate floor

Close to lots of great White Mountains fun

A cozy house for a ski vacation

We stayed for a week to ski attitash and it was a perfect place. Only a couple minutes to the mountain, and it was great to have the wood stoves. The kindling and wood provided was ready to go so it was very easy to start every time. Also loved the finished basement for the kids to hang out in (and adults some times!). Would stay a again!

1st Birthday

Took my granddaughter away for her 1st Birthday. We were 5 minutes away from StoryLand and Living Shores Aquarium. The unit was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Looks like this will be our little family spot for the next few years to come.

Celebrated daughter’s 27th, and we’ve been stating here each year since before she was born!

We go for a weekend at “the condo” every January. It is cozy and convenient to Attitash, the restaurants, the trail around Echo Lake, and the shopping in N. Conway. We know what we’re getting - a quiet, convenient place to have a family breakfast, head out for activities, meet back at the condo for hot showers and either cook or choose a restaurant. We play board games and sleep well. It is a homey place to have some fun and slow the pace to reconnect with the family. We’ve also been here with friends over the years when our kids were growing up. So many memories! Joe is a great host because he communicates. He responds to questions. By the way, the coffee maker can either make a pot of auto-drip (filers provided) or k-cups.

Visited for about 28 years or so!

We just stayed as a family with our adult kids, and we have been renting here since before our kids were born. We always enjoy it. Good location for Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Storyland, Restaurants, Outlets. We find it clean and leave it clean. I hope to keep going back for years.

Condo by the RR tracks

Nice place, near all the White Mountains have to offer. The place is dog friendly and 3.bedroom which was the reasons we rented there. The only issue we had (3 older wimen) was with the lockbox.....we couldn't secure it property when.we left.

Quick ski trip

Perfect location. Less than 20 minutes to Wildcat Mountain, 3 minutes to food shopping, ski rental and Dunkin Donuts. Clean. Nice, large TVs, plenty of space to spread out. Communication with owner was excellent but really no necessary because zero problems or issues.

Can’t beat this location for Attitash skiing but the cleanliness was lacking

This is the second year we have stayed here and love the space and location. The proximity to Attitash and Wildcat is great and the condo is perfect for my family, with teen children and a dog there is plenty of room to spread out. And grab dinner or supplies at nearby restaurants and Grant’s Shop & Save. This year when we arrived though the condo had clearly not been cleaned. There was about a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and the liquid soap was just filled with sudsy water. This was an annoyance for us and I spent the first hour and a half we arrived cleaning and then we were able to enjoy our stay.

I chose this area and this home because I traveled and stayed in this complex when I was a young adult.
I liked the proximity of the three main ski areas combined with 3 championship golf courses.
There is plenty to do and you are away from the traffic in North Conway.
