A sunny balcony runs the entire length of the apartment from the bedroom to the living room to relax and enjoy an exceptional sea view.

Air conditioning in all rooms and beautifuly appointed living rooms.
The open kitchen allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of the living room and the view whilst preparing gourmet dishes.
The latter, fully equipped, has induction hobs, a full size combination oven and microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and all the kitchen utensils you will need.
You can enjoy fine sandy beaches, shopping on the Croisette and atypical restaurants in the historic center of Cannes.
• The facilities and local shops :
Marché Forville : 5-, 11 Rue Marché Forville, 06400 Cannes
In the spirit of the French culture, a visit to Market Forville is certainly worth seeing. It is opened from 7 am in the morning
until the middle of the afternoon every day except Monday when the antiques market takes its place.
1862 Wines and spirits : 5, rue du Maréchal Joffre 06400 Cannes
If you have the chance, come in and say hi to Hervé and Julian, their recommendations are fantastic and their knowledge impressive. Hervé worked as a sommelier for Gordan Ramsay at Petrus in London.
The old harbor and The Suquet, The hill of "Suquet" is the historical origin of Cannes.
The oldest part of the port " Quay St Pierre ", welcomed the merchants from 1838. Now, it shelters the yachts of
the rich and the famous. Take a walk up to the Museum of Castrates, to the Square Tower and the church. From the top there is a breathtaking view of the city, the port, the Croisette and the Lérins Islands.
The Lérins Islands :
We also suggest that you leave the crowds and jump on the ferry towards the Ile de Saint Honorat. It is the smallest (and more attractive) of the two "Lérins Islands" near Cannes where there continues to be a monastery for 30 Cistercian monks. They produce an exceptional wine in the Abbeye de Lérins, which could be a fantastic present for friends and family because it is difficult to get hold of outside the island. Make sure to ask "for Saint Honorat" because ferries leave for both islands from the same terminal. Also verify the return hours and do not miss the last ferry.
This seaside resort is the meeting point of the Côte d'Azur and the location of the famous film festival.
You are 12 minutes by car from the Palais des festivals and the climb of the steps !
• Home Truth :
→ The property is located a little bit outside the main center of Cannes, with very fréquent local bus connections and two nearby train stations, one stop to Cannes center and direct connection to Nice Airport. The old harbor and Cannes town hall are a 25 minutes' walk along the beautiful beach.
→ Despite the train tracks being nearby, there is very little noise disturbance. It doesn't drown out the sound of the waves and children playing.
→ The balcony on the 9th floor is West facing and protects you from the occasional strong winds of the Mistral.
• The Fair Company concierge is at your service, available 7 days a week and available to meet all your requirements (boat excursion, bike or scooter rental, last-minute reservation in one of the best restaurants in town, or choice of a show, etc.) so that your stay on the Côte d'Azur is unforgettable.
• At your request, we can also organize chauffeur driven cars or simple transfers.
