We loved this location, the old building and the use of reclaimed trim makes this an intersting place to stay, it really gives an old time atmosphere. The large (extra large) dinning table was a great place for family to gather and talk, we had 11 people. I was a bit concernned about no TV having 3 teenagers with us but they played ping pong, card games and kept pretty busy. The site is not far from the beach and several nature preserves and close enough to run into town for supplies. We have been doing VRBO as a family for 8 years, this was one of our favorite places, will definatley look into goin back
As expected.
Our third year at the Grange Hall. Hoping for some easy updates like hooks to hang towels/clothes for a group of 9
Might be time for a better trash management situation. Two buckets that can hold 4 bags of trash isn’t enough. A better container system, or access to the transfer station would be better than the current pile collection that occurs at the front steps
It isn’t perfect, but it is close to a special place and with the right crew is always a great week
The Grange was all we could ask for and more. The house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of room for a large group. Lots of fun was had at the Grange. The kitchen was to die for - the best kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The Grange was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host is super nice and easy to work with. I can't wait to go back!!
The place is nice and big, can fit a big groups. There’s No enough parking or garbage disposal, Heat don’t well, other than that everything was perfect.

Nice House that is being redone nicely but is not fully finished.
Looks like somebody with a college kid’s sense of humor was the decorator — with a beer keg urinal in one of the bathrooms and old toilets as seats around a fire pit.
No TV. Internet is spotty for WiFi.
Property is swampy — and the yard is largely unusable (the small side yard is still a bit of a construction zone). It did not appear that the little lawn was tended for many weeks.
Big thank you to James. The space was perfect for our group of 11. Plenty of towels, no issues with the water supply, awesome kitchen. Sleeping was excellent on all beds, and the nights were quiet. Very comfortable space and setting.
