The property is accessed via a path lined with a large natural garden dotted with old trees, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The front door opens into a bright, delicately decorated space, perfect for family life.

Upon entering, you will discover a unique living area divided into two distinct parts: a sunny veranda that opens directly onto the garden and an indoor room. The veranda houses a spacious dining area, ideal for convivial meals, with a large table that can comfortably seat up to six people. On the other side, a cosy living room with plush sofas and a large television invites you to relax.

The house also features an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant setting to enjoy meals outdoors in the heart of nature.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a multifunctional cooking robot, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and convenient. The ground floor also includes separate toilets and a technical room with a washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, you will find an elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed, offering an unobstructed, picturesque view of the garden. This room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a basin with a mirror, and an infrared sauna. A second bathroom on the first floor features a shower cabin, a basin with a mirror, and a toilet.

The second floor includes two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Each room is equipped with a fan for your comfort, and air conditioning is installed in the veranda on the ground floor for optimal cooling.

For your digital needs, the house offers high-speed fibre-optic internet (Live Box 5 from Orange: up to 1 Gbit/s download and 700 Mbit/s upload), allowing you to stay connected effortlessly.

Located 10 kilometers from the center of Paris, Nogent-sur-Marne is a verdant commune bordering the Bois de Vincennes and near the Marne river.


Downtown Paris can be reached in 20 minutes on the fast metro RER line A. The RER station is a 6-minute walk away.


The house is within easy reach of shops and public transport.


Enjoy the large 600m2 garden with deckchairs and garden furniture for relaxing on sunny days after a tour of Paris or a visit to Disneyland (accessible in 40 minutes from Val de Fontenay RER line B station).

The nearest station is Nogent-Sur-Marne, which is 10 minutes away on foot and is connected to RER A. It'll take 15 minutes to reach Paris Gare de Lyon, from which you can travel most of Paris by metro.

Charles De Gaulle Airport is 27.8km away, about 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Ride-sharing services like UBER, G7, Le'Cab and Bolt are available to use and download in Paris.

The place is approximately 10 kilometres from the heart of Paris, easily accessible within 20 minutes via the RER A line. The RER station is just a 6-minute walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
