Stay in this beautiful new villa with swimming pool at only 2 minutes walk from the sea. From the terrace you can enjoy an aperitif with friends or family in front of a magnificent sea view.
Important: Cleaning fees and linens are not included and can be paid upon arrival (350€).
The Space:
The villa is composed on 2 levels, each level has a living space with kitchen, lounge and dining room. The upper level has a simple and elegant style while the living area on the garden level has a more contemporary style. You will find a beautiful terrace of 30m2 with a magnificent sea view. On the terrace you have an extendable dining table for 12 people.
On the garden level you will find another extendable dining table for 12 people, an outdoor living room and several sunbeds. There is space to park 4 cars and several parking spaces (not allocated) are a few metres from the house.
The house has 5 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 with a 200x200 bed and bathroom with toilet
- Bedroom 2 with a 180x200 bed and bathroom
- Bedroom 3 with bed 180x200 and shower room with toilet / (Chambre 2 & 3 se situe au rez de jardin)
- Bedroom 4 with bed 160x200
- Bedroom 5 is located in the mezzanine above the living room (the mezzanine has 2 beds of 160x200).
A separate shower room is available for the mezzanine and bedroom 3.
Cleaning fees are not included in the price, it can be paid upon arrival:
- Cleaning costs & linens: 350€ / stay
- The swimming pool can be heated on request at an additional cost of 350€/week
- Pet fee (upon approval): 10€/day
Check in is between 5pm and 8pm. Check out is at 10am unless you prefer to leave earlier.
