The Villa MESANGES equipped for 9/10 people and located in the heart of the Chiberta district, on the edge of the forest, has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Families love its heated swimming pool, its facilities and its proximity to the beach.

THE LIVING SPACE

On the ground floor, a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and a Marschall speaker opens onto the garden. A large fully equipped kitchen with a central island unit will please the cooking enthusiasts. You can share your meals indoors or on the covered terrace equipped with a plancha grill and a Big Green Egg barbecue/oven.
On the west side of the garden, you can relax by the heated swimming pool while the children enjoy the trampoline or play table tennis on the other side of the garden.
A laundry area and garage are available in the basement.

THE BEDROOMS

The ground floor of the villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm and 160cm) and a bedroom with bunk beds. They share a separate bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a large master suite (Kingsize bed) equipped with a desk area, a TV and a shower room as well as a fifth double bedroom (Queensize bed) with a TV and a shower room. Separate toilets are available.

THE “PLUS”

The beach is a few minutes by bike or car.

PARKING

You can park 1 to 2 vehicles in front of the garage entrance. Parking is free and easy on the street.

NEARBY

The villa is located 3 minutes by car from the Barre and Cavaliers beach, the skatepark, the ice rink, the Chiberta golf course and the equestrian center. The restaurants of the Chambre d'Amour area by the beach are 4km away, as well as the local market of the 5 Cantons. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest near the house.
