Great place for a family ski trip

Very nice property for a family ski vacation. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Very easy to get from the property to the village and ski slopes.

Great location. Easy to get to downtown and the slopes. Friendly staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the condo was lovely.

Great location, attentive staff, extremely convenient.

This was a great place for a family ‘snow’ getaway. As for its ‘ski in / ski out’ I cannot comment as the Elkhorn lift was not in operation at this time. If it is not running then you will need to take a shuttle to the mountain, BUT, the shuttle service if the Charter and Beaver Creek is the best I’ve ever seen. And the beaver creek shuttle service uses an app that makes it like using Uber , but even better! The condo was nice and clean. The pictures are accurate of the space. If you have even the slightest skin sensitivity I would recommend getting your own detergent and washing the sheets before you sleep on them. The detergent and the dry air did make a few of us break out and awfully itchy, but we washed sheets the next day. The washer / dryer setup leaves a lot to be desired. It is understandably small, but the dryer typically takes three cycles to to dry a pair of jeans and two shirts. Sheets need to be done one at a time. Overall well worth the 5- stars rating and I hope we get the chance to come back again this season.

Beaver Creek Oktoberfest The Charter

Great property. Awesome location. Condo had everything we needed. Close to the village. Can either walk or take the shuttle. Pool and hot tubs were nice too with plenty of room.

Very clean, well located. No frills, very basic, but had what we needed. It was not the most updated unit we’ve stayed in at Beaver Creek, but easy check in, great communication with owners.

Great family vacation

Nice property and condo for my wife and three kids (11,11,7). The condo wasn't all re-done, but some updates made in the right places. Solid space, clean and worked well for us. Great 2nd bedroom/bath and the pull-out couch was easy. Washer/dryer is convenient and great location of the unit near the elevator. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Our kids and (lots of others) loved the hot tub & pool. The restaurant in the building is a nice perk. The food is good, not great. The building is a relatively easy, 5-10 minute walk to Beaver Creek Village. No problem for dinners, but a bit of a hike with gear on or for small kids. The ski valet and shuttle to the slopes at the property were very convenient. If you don't want any walking and/or need the very best, you could spend the extra $$$ and stay at the St. James or Park Hyatt in the village, but The Charter and this unit were a great value and as advertised. Already looking forward to the next one!

Wonderful location for families

We had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities at the Charter. The layout of the condo worked well for our family with two young children. The location was great with an easy walk to the village shops/restaurants and gondola. The building itself is older but the unit was clean and well appointed, and the pool and hot tub were a major hit with the kids! On-site restaurant was convenient as well. Owner was helpful and responsive when we asked to amend our stay to add on a night. Overall great experience and we had a wonderful time!

The Perfect Getaway

This was our second time in Colorado, the first was with the kids, and this time it was just a romantic getaway. The service at the hotel was great and check-in was easy. The owner, Justin, made sure the condo was super clean, with fresh linens and robes. While we didn't ski on this trip, this condo is definitely one we'll return to because of the ease of ski in/ski out. It's also a quick walk to the village if you want a bite to eat or to go ice skating. Since this was just a trip to relax, we made the most of the amenities like the hot tub and spa. We're thinking that on the next trip, we'll bring the kids, because the second bedroom is spacious and will fit us all comfortably. Or we may just leave them home again :)
