Rainbow Springs Bungalows with FREE KP Hole deeded access to the boat ramp. YOU CANNOT BE DENIED ACCESS TO KP HOLE BOAT RAMP EVEN IF KP HOLE IS AT CAPACITY!! Walking distance to the beautiful Rainbow River Springs. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with king size bed in master and queen size in guest room. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and linens provided. Bungalows include 4 kayaks, 4 life jackets, 4 paddles. Common areas include charcoal grills, large grill with air fryer, large life size chess game, lifesize Connect 4, hammocks, fire pit, organic raised flowerbeds, golf carts welcome. Boat trailer parking. Just 2 doors down from KP boat ramp.

Super Relaxing

My stay at the peach house was great. Easy check in. It is the first house when you turn into the property. Beautiful and peaceful grounds, had a camp fire with my family, which is located at the far end of the property and there was plenty of firewood to use. This place came with kayaks and these little wheels that help you lug the kayaks to the boat launch which is not on the property. You have to drag the kayak 5-7 minutes on the main road and on Saturday the road was pretty busy, there was no bike lane or sidewalk. The kayak paddles and the wheel things could use some maintenance, some were taped up with duct tape and the wheel thingies were missing these rubber pieces that help the kayak stay on them. The place was clean except for the utensil drawers. The couch in the living room should be replaced as well, and then cleaned better, crumb central. But all in all it was a great stay and I would come back in a heart beat. Any negative comments I have made I hope get taken as constructive criticism. It was quite amazing being there. The river is beautiful. Wish there was more restaurants around. The couple spots that are on the river are packed out with a 2 hour wait at 3 pm on a Saturday. Plan to bring your own food and cook :)

Perfect

Tracy was and amazing host and the bungalow was perfect. We ended up with 6 people and never felt cramped. The facilities fire housing big dinners and movies by the fire pit made the trip effortless and memorable. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

The house was just as pictured. We stayed here for a family weekend. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped. The owner was very responsive and gave all details needed for the stay. The camp area is very cute, would be a great place for multiple families to gather. Perfectly located to KP Hole. We just loaded the kayaks onto the back of our truck and zipped over to the boat ramp. We unloaded the kayaks and my husband drove the truck back to the house and took less than 5min to walk back to the boat ramp. It was so easy we were able to take the kayaks out in the morning, go back to the house for lunch and take them back out that afternoon. About a mile and half paddle up stream to reach Rainbow Springs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The Bungalow itself was perfect for 4 people on a 3 day Rainbow River visit. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and very livable. We had a little trouble with the locks on the front door and the side door so adjustments might be necessary. Having the kayaks on location were key to our stay, but for our age, we did struggle a little getting them back and forth to the KP Hole area. Younger folks, no problem. :-) Tracy, was extremely nice to work with and responded quickly to my every questions. Thanks, Tracy, we really enjoyed our stay. :-)

Nice getaway

Everything about this property was excellent. It was perfect for us and was just like the property listing. The location for accessing the Rainbow River was very convenient. Great Spot !

First time going to rainbow river and will return in this bungalow! Our friends rented a bungalow in same neighborhood and everyone was so jealous they didn’t rent ours! Adorable decorating inside, nice bathrooms, beautiful kitchen. Plus having 4 kayaks, paddles and life vests was perfect for hopping on the river at anytime, free of cost! Will be back next summer :)

Rainbow River Retreat

The bungalow was decorated beautifully with a wonderful open kitchen and living space. It was just a short walk away from the Rainbow River. This was a great private retreat for me in sunny Florida in late February. It would be a fun place for a couple or family to stay with access to kayaks in the backyard that can be taken to the river. Tracy is a great host and responded immediately to one call I placed to her with a minor question about the access code when I arrived at the property. It is like a peaceful oasis at this charming bungalow. I had breakfast on the front porch and chatted with a few of the lovely neighbors in nearby bungalows who all seemed very happy to be staying near the Rainbow River and Rainbow Springs state park, a wonderful place to swim, kayak and go for a hike.

The bungalow is nicely furnished and clean. Plenty of towels and extra linen for inflatable queen mattress if you should need. There are kayaks in the back of the bungalow and life jackets and paddles are available on site. KP hole for kayaking, boating, paddle boarding is a 5 minute walk from Bungalow. Tubing at Rainbow springs is a 15 minute drive to launch site. Tracy the host is most accommodating with questions or concerns. Replies timely. Minor issue on arrival that was quickly resolved by host.

Great Bungalow

My family loved staying at this Bungalow. We had friends stay at 2 others in the development . It was clean, and had everything we needed . Having the kayaks and passes to go on the Rainbow River at anytime was a plus, especially the river becomes extremely crowded on the weekends . The barbecue area was awesome . I would recommend this property and we will definitely be back .
