Top Notch Customer Service

We booked this home last minute after our other place fell thru. We arrived late and the house was ready for us. The home was easily accessible, super clean, had comfy beds, and everything we needed for our for our stay and more. But the BEST part was the customer service!! We packed up in a rush and left a phone, and an iPad and a watch at the property. I was panicked as we were 2 hours away when we realized what had happened! I was connected to Alyssa (I’m guessing the area contact) and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help up get all our electronics back safely and in a timely manner! She literally saved the day!! With customer service like that, I will forever be looking for properties managed by Vacasa! Thank you Alyssa, you deserve a raise and we are so grateful for your help!

Review

The house was good , the only problem we had was the temperature during the night between the ground floor bedrooms and the first floor bedroom was so different , switching on the heating was very dry air and extremely warm at the first floor . Anyway the cleaning was good and all service is fine .

Misrepresented Listing

The photos in this listing misrepresent the actual unit. The pictures are bright and beautiful, this condo is dark, old and dirty. I have never written a negative review for any property I’ve rented in the past, but this was a complete disappointment for my family of four. The unit had cobwebs in every corner and dirty baseboards throughout. Hairs in both showers and crumbs on coffee table. Mold on ceiling in shower area. No overhead lighting, so once sun goes down you’re practically in the dark as there are only lamps for light which are old/vintage with questionable wiring. The master bath is missing a long light bulb on one side of mirror (not the easy replaceable kind of bulb, but a long bulb that is built into mirror). The remaining one buzzes when it’s on and made me nervous as it gets very hot, very quickly). Uncomfortable beds in each room, even for kids. Prior reviewer remarked on this issue and management responded that mattress toppers had been added, but this is untrue, as no toppers were on mattresses. Bar sink in upstairs living was broken (no water running). Curtain in master was terrible - filthy dirty with holes and coming off track which was difficult to open and close. Master bath sink area had 2 locked cabinet doors below so absolutely no drawers or cabinets to put our items in. Kitchen was not fully equipped and lacking measuring spoons (management did bring us a set), a blender (we purchased one), and very limited drinking glasses. All kitchen appliances are very dated and dirty, especially the dishwasher. We will not be returning.

For the Price it’s charging it has a couple things non working or at not the best state of condition . Stove clicks to use at all times and there’s a big sign in kitchen Warning not to be alarm , very unpleasant noise while cooking if pilot has met the start point it should stop the clicking noise (spark noise) Refrigerator doesn’t meet cool tempt it’s at very low cold even if temp is moved . Only freezer does freeze . Dishwasher is very smelly nasty old smell like of no use or bad plumbing should be drained and deodorized for every visit used or not. We prevent from opening it the stank was horrible. Not enough towels for the days to stay . Small shower in hall way second floor water is very poor when showering. There was Karen 3 doors to our left watching our every move , very uncomfortable she even Had the nerve to threaten us about propane bbq , she didn’t have too we new our limits and where propane was allowed in the city. We carried it out of our things and she threatened us of usage she would call Fire Dept. Washer and Dryer a Plus thank you. Jet Shower Tub a plus also . Decorations in Unit a bit too much scared of having something accidentally fall or break and being a costly matter. Parking was okay not a problem. Access to unit very easy. Pool small but pleasing. The unit also was barely cleaned out in a timely matter from the previous stay we arrived early just to analyze where unit was situated we saw unit done at 3:45 pm of cleaning

Tahoe Safari Review

The location was great to spend the day at Diamond Peak resort. Their was plenty of space for our family of 9 plus dogs. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! The kitchen is tight for more than 2 people trying to cook. The beds we not very comfortable. They could benefit from a small foam topper. The bunks only had a sheet and a blanket, an additional comforter would be nice, especially during the winter. Overall it was a nice place to stay!
