The upstairs is home to two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 55-inch Roku TVs, the stylish full kitchen complete with a wine fridge, Vitamix blender, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of utensils, the stylish living room boasting another 65-inch Roku TV, and access to the screened patio from the main bedroom and living room! The downstairs contains a guest bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king and 55-inch Roku TV, the bunk room with five twin beds and a 42-inch Roku TV, the game room with a 75-inch Roku TV, and an arcade gaming console with 9,000 games, and double sliding doors leading to the pool deck! Step outside and you will find your own piece of paradise with the cool waters of the lagoon pool, a shallow ledge for tanning or letting the kids play, an integrated spa, an outdoor dining table, color-changing water jets/pool lights, and a Weber four-burner professional gas grill for summer cookouts. An outdoor shower adds convenience during your stay. Plus, you won't have to worry about getting behind on work, as this home boasts Gigabit WiFi!

Perched just two blocks from Eastern Lake access and Seagrove Beach, you can easily walk or drive the six-person golf cart over to the sand and enjoy a picnic in the sunshine. If you want to grab a bite to eat or pick up some groceries, make your way a mile down the highway and check out the local option mere minutes from your front door. If a sunset walk is on the agenda, Dear Lake State Park has a plethora of trails that will do the trick.

Security camera details: This home has surveillance camera facing the driveway.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
