The courtyard with oversized hot tub are offered on days where you do not even want to leave the house a feeling of security. This exclusive Villa in a prime location is equipped with every comfort, a large, illuminated pool area with south facing elegant terrace surrounded by a tropical garden.

Excellent Villa is perfect for families due to the proximity to the water park 'SunSplash'.

There are six chairs, eight garden chairs and a gas grill.

The bedrooms and the respective associated bathrooms are spacious and designed exclusively so that all residents can feel equally comfortable.

Rental price for 2 adults per week + tax

Any additional person $ 140.- per week + tax

The 4th bedroom which is the separate Cabana/Suite opens from an occupancy of 6 person. For occupancy of less than 6 person the Cabana/Suite can be booked optional for $ 280.- + tax per week plus cleaning $ 50.- + tax on request.

Final Cleaning $ 220.- + tax

BBQ and oven cleaning each $ 75,-

Operating costs electricity per KH/h $ 0,20 + tax
Electricity flat rate prepayment per week $ 150,- + tax

Beautiful Home

We had a great time. The house has everything you need for a great stay. My only complaint would be the road noise from Santa Barbara Blvd. We’d stay again.

Our first vacation in 20 years

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. I spent most of my time in the hot tub it's was huge. Ohhh and the tub in the master was amazing. I also loved that the music played thru a speaker system thru out the house.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and big. Great communication with management. It was a couple thinks that it has to be fixed and they were fixed the same day we arrived. Big swimming pool and even better spaLoud route nearby but overall we enjoyed our vacation!

A wonderful place to stay

This was an overall wonderful experience. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful and we had everything we needed. Shortly after we arrived, Ralf arrived to check us in. Everything was clean and we felt comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and especially liked the small spa area as it was quiet and peaceful. Our bedroom was comfortable and my daughter enjoyed having a king size bed in her room too. Having a refrigerator with an ice maker was fantastic for all of our daily drinks and for filling our water bottles before heading to the beach. We had everything we needed and were able to just relax and enjoy our time together. :-)

Wonderful home!

We loved our week in the villa. The house, pool, and spa were amazing. One thing I did not realize is that it is the dry season here in Cape Coral as I'm not from Florida and the water was very low in the freshwater canal. This was not at all a problem for us, just an FYI if this is important to you. We would love to stay here again.

March 2022 vacation

Everything lived up to what we were expecting. The layout of the house was amazing. We had 6 adults and it was almost as if each couple had their own wing of the house. We were very comfortable. The property managers responded in a timely fashion when I texted some questions about the hot tub and came over to help us a few hours later that day. The location is amazing.

Overall great stay

Check in was easy, sent message to the owner about no hot water the morning after we checked in and he never responded, thank goodness for Peter the manager, he got the maintance man called and he came out 30 mins after contacting and temporarily fixed due to needing a new water element. On Thursday morning went to shower no hot water again. Maintance can again put in new hot water element. BUT at check out we ended up paying. $70.00 EXTRA for the usage. No reason. 2 people should use $70.00 in 6 days, except when the hot water heater has to be warmed up 2 times after going out. Great location and neighborhood quiet.

This property was amazing, from swimming to fishing in the canal. The property is centrally located to everything that you could ever imagine. The property managers were the best and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this property.

Great week

We celebrated my in-laws 50th anniversary, and the property was exactly what we were looking for. The house is open and bright, and the whole property was great. We experienced a few small 'issues' during the week, but Peter and Inge (property managers) were able to take care of those issues quickly, and we all really enjoyed our time.

Great Property

We had a great time at this property. Pictures and description accurately show property. Pool was great. House was clean. Kitchen contained everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! Located very close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Walking distance to bowling and mini golf. Even caught a few fish off the dock. Would definitely stay again. Note the drive to the beach (Fort Meyers Beach) is about 40 minutes, just something to be aware of. We had a great time!

Beautiful property

This house is exactly as advertised! Beautiful pool, hot tub, and yard/dock with canal access. Great communication with property managers. Wonderful experience. Just be careful to shut off the hot tub when not in use, so it doesn’t run up the electricity bill :)

Villa

The house was very nice and spacious. The sliding doors to the lanai opened up completely giving the feeling that the entire house was outside. The separate spa area with its own lanai was very nice and private. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only drawback was the proximity to a major road which resulted it a lot of road noise. Not terrible but a couple of doors further away would have been better.

The house was exactly as described and close to everything we needed. More then enough room for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and everyone enjoyed them. There was noise from the busy street it's by but it was not bothersome at all. Would definitely stay there again.

It was just okay but I would not rent this property again

House is next to very busy street which you could hear at the house which made it hard to relax. Management is very nice and responsive but house has a lot of issues. The hot tub is a misleading because in reality it is just large tub with waterfall. There was supposed to be pool and hot tub service once a week to add chemicals but they only showed once during our 2 week stay which is very unhealthy. At the end of our stay hot tub water smelled like rotten eggs and pool water started smelling as well. This is very dangerous because chemilas are needed to keep water safe for using. Dishwasher doesn't really wash but only rinses and all dishes had to be washed by hand. Refrigerator had broken drawers that you couldn't really open. The house was big as described but it really needs new appliances and needs some fixing. Bathroom shower water was barely working and top parts of bathtub were missing which looked horrible . These are not very expensive things to fix and hopefully owners will fix it since I have told management about all issues. The service for hot tub and pool needs to be done once a week as promised to keep everyone healthy. Overall it was okay but not what we've expected

... wir zählen die Aufenthalte schon nicht mehr; immer wieder zieht es uns nach Florida in dieses Haus. Es stimmt einfach alles: die Lage am Kanal, der Komfort, die Ausstattung, der Service, die Nähe zum Meer, die Umgebung mit Läden und Restaurants ... Wir kommen ( hoffentlich bald ) wieder ! Sehr schöne Villa mit Sorgfalt eingerichtet

Die Villa ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist riesig und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Gerade die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und man muss nicht erstmal was einkaufen. Nur die Lage in zweiter Reihe zur Straße hat etwas gestört. Leider wird schräg gegenüber (Kanal) ein Haus gebaut und es war oft laut, bzw. wir haben den Baulärm leider gehört. Uns war es daher einfach zu laut.
