Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), park 1'200 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Itri" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Nearby attractions: Gaeta, Sperlonga, Ponza, Montecassino. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Balcony 15 m2, terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. WiFi works well during the day, not so good in the evening/night when many devices connect to it.
