Other Things to Note:
Per the agreement with our complex, we have to follow the following guidelines and rules to ensure the safety of the residents and guest in the building:
1. Guest must be at least 21 years or older to rent any of our spaces
2. We verify all guests ahead of their stay. As part of the verification process, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, ect.
3. The apartment includes a noise and smoke detector.
- The noise detector allows us to respond to noise nuisances. it is 100% privacy compliant and only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations.
- The smoke detector, detects smoke as well as marijuana and cigarette smoke.
Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine on the Initial violation, and up to $1,000 on the 2nd and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
4. Guest will also be asked to sign a short term rental agreement, agreeing to our rules and policies.
