Maison rénovée en 2022 alliant l’ancien et le moderne. Belle vue lac de toutes les pièces sauf une chambre. Grande pièce de vie de 50m2 avec un balcon filant. Plage de la Brume à 7 minutes à pied, Annecy 20 minutes en vélo, La Clusaz 25 minutes en voiture. Proche des commerces boulangeries, presse, petit casino 10 minutes à pied. Beaux couchers de soleil vous êtes du bon côté ! Balades tout autour, le rêve toute l’année ! Il faut venir avec vos draps et payer la femme de menage à votre arrivée 100€ merci.
