The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Martigues, this charming house calm and air-conditioned to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², open and equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a single bed.
- A room with a double bed.
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- One bedroom with two double beds (140×190).
- A room with a king-size bed (180×200).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of 700 m² facing west with a terrace and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- You can enjoy a barbecue and a pizza oven.

The house is ideally located in Martigues, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
You will find a small Provencal fishing village and the beach at about 100 meters from the accommodation.

Activities :
Martigues is located on the Etang de Berre, a beach has been developed with an outdoor pool. Martigues is called the "Venice of Provence" thanks to its numerous canals. It has two marinas, one on the Etang de Berre side and one on the canal side with access to the Mediterranean Sea. You can practice aquatic activities such as rowing, kite surfing and boat trips on the Blue Coast to discover the creeks, beautiful coves and beaches.
You will also benefit from strolls and hikes in the small village, along the paths, in the park of figuerolles...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park two vehicles (city type) directly in front and in the garage. For larger vehicles, you will find a private space in front of the gate.
- Free bus and sea shuttles.
- The nearest train station is in Martigues at 6 kms (about 10 minutes by car).
- The nearest airport is in Marseille at 32 kms (about 34 minutes by car).

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
