Stylish and cozy 2,300 square foot 4 bedroom/4 full bathroom home located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cape San Blas is a very quiet beach town and the perfect place to unwind. Relax in the heated private pool with the beach as your backyard! Have fun on the water with your kayak and paddle board. Cook dinner admiring the sunset on the park style charcoal grill.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, a Smart TV, and sliding doors to a patio. Light blocking drapes, and new, comfortable mattresses and bedding ensure a restful stay.

An electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV make the living room a cozy place to gather. There are windows for days to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the beach!

The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig Duo coffee machine, a shrimp boil pot, crock pot, bakeware, etc. The dining table seats 8, with 4 additional barstools in the kitchen.

Downstairs is a game room with an air hockey table, retro PacMan machine, and wet bar. Leading out of the game room is a large covered shuffle board area and porch swing perfect for outdoor fun, rain or shine!

PERFECTION

Can not ask for a better set up...one story home, 2 steps to private pool, a dozen FLAT steps to the beach! House lives wonderful, host thinks of all the little things like nite lights, organized well stocked kitchen, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee filters and on and on. We are booked for 2025!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property!

We loved everything about this rental! The house size was perfect for our family of 6. The house was very clean, the location was great, the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having the private pool to use and our young adult kids loved the game room downstairs.

Right on the beach!

This rental ticks all the boxes! Great space, each room has its own private bath, attractive furnishings, HEATED POOL!! The beach chairs were a plus and easily carried to our own private beach. Restaurants nearby and a short drive to Port St. Joe for additional options, shopping and sites. We would come back!

Awesome house on the beach!!

We enjoyed staying in this home. Had everything the house is decorated nicely and all the furnishings, beds were very comfortable. The pool is awesome and the beach is your backyard.... We were there in late December and the weather was ok~ we had 4 great sunny days. 4 bed 4 bath is a plus!!! Our family enjoyed it all and would definitely stay there again!! 5 star ☆☆☆☆☆ Thanks to our Hosts ~ the bottle of wine was awesome with Italian dinner nite!! ( awesome kitchen too !!!) Thanks!! Perfect Beach Home with all the little things…

Kara is an amazing host. House is so cozy and perfect for families. We loved everyone having their own bathroom and Kara has all the little details taken care of. We simply arrived with groceries and were set. This is our second visit to the area and Kara’s home is close to several other Cape San Blas favorites - all walking distance (scallop cove, donuts, bike rentals). While the weather wasn’t the best - we still enjoyed the pool, beach, dolphin watching, and seashell hunting. We loved gathering in the open concept living room with the fireplace on and LOVED the Christmas tree setup. Lots of memories made and the home is perfect for it!!!

Dolphin Watching!

Everything was great! I can share a lot of great details about the house and experience. Perhaps the best example that summarizes the stay…if you look off the back patio in the morning, you’re bound to see dolphins hunting for their breakfast! For those of us who live inland, that was a pretty awesome site!

Perfect 50th B-day Girls Weekend!

Despite the bad weather, we all had the best relaxing weekend ever! There were plenty of games to play and the layout was perfect for cooking food and making cocktails, watching movies, playing cards, listening to music. And in between the rain, swimming in the heated pool was perfect for getting out of the house and getting the body movin! The couch and the beds were super comfy, everything was neat, clean and tidy. The host responding very quickly when questions were asked. Location was walking distance to a beach store and quicky mart. Perfect for getting forgotten items! We will all be returning, maybe for another girl's weekend or just with our families.

CSB Is The Place To Be!

And this home directly on the beach is the place to stay! The home is loaded with everything in the listing plus the atmosphere to go with it. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 of almost everything. The home is immaculately clean. The pool is a big bonus. The location is perfect. We throughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks to our host Kara.

A Hidden Gem on the Beach - Beautiful Sunsets

Stayed along 30A (Seasdie, Seagrove, etc.) many times over the years. First time to Cape San Blas. It was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet place right on the beach with a private pool. Kara was very responsive to all of our requests and the few unforseen problems that did arise. The house was very tastefully decorated and just the right size for our 2 adult daughters and their husbands along with our 2 grandchildren (ages 6 and 3). Everyone had a great time. We will definitely consider returning next year if the dates work out.

Wonderful home!!

This home is beautiful, cozy and right on the beach! Kitchen is great and stocked with everything you can think of. Loved the open floor plan with a wonderful ocean view. Master bedroom is awesome and all the beds were super comfortable. Kara was an amazing host and we highly recommend The Waters Edge!!

More than we could imagine

Think of staying in a house that immediately feels like home - all that you need and expect and all you could want rolled into one vacation rental. The entire home is well-appointed but especially the kitchen - down to an amazing complimentary bottle of red wine and a "welcome to our home" note. There is a generous amount of utensils and serviceware and almost any pot or pan you might need including a large stock pot for crab boils and a crock pot. There were games for all ages, puzzles, pool toys, and beach towels. We all played shuffle board for the very first time and fell in love with the game. The beach is literally steps away from the pool, and it was a blessing to open the curtains each morning to an amazing view of the ocean. Probably the best part (for this mama) was having an open floor plan that accommodated all 8 of us for cooking, dining, playing games and watching movies. There were also gates in all the right places to keep our 16 month old granddaughter from escaping or hurting herself. Could not have asked for better. Very child-friendly home. Kara is a delight and responded quickly to any question we had. Thanks to her and her family for sharing their "home" with us. We will most definitely be back.

Fantastic Beach Trip

The unassuming property is nestled amongst its 3 story neighbors. The surrounding vegetation provides a feeling of natural privacy. The interior of the house is impressive with an inviting open floor plan. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The king bedroom is fantastic! The queen bedrooms are modest, but adequate, with room for clothing and storage in the closets. All of the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach, pool and shuffleboard court daily as weather permitted and enjoyed the beautiful view from the gulf side deck. It was a lovely week at a lovely rental. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to us. I highly recommend this rental for a relaxing time at the beach.

Perfect Vacation House

The house was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our week here and can’t wait to come back next year!! The house was very clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures. Having the pool was an amazing bonus for our four young kids. The house was childproofed as well which was nice, gates blocking all of the stairways and pool area! The beach was literally steps away and we practically had it to ourselves! The house is very conveniently located across from the convenience shop and beach store as well! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home for the week! 😁

Bliss on Cape San Blas

This was the perfect spot for our group of friends from high school to celebrate our 60 trips around the sun. If you like uncrowded, white sand beaches, lazy days in the sun, a refreshing pool, and amazing sunsets, this is the place for you. This house was extremely clean and had everything we needed: -well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, drink ware, silverware and cookware, plus a full spice rack. -large dining table perfect for dinners in and playing cards. -large comfy sectional for catching up and movie nights. -premium quality bath towels and bed linens, comfortable mattresses, plus plenty of beach towels -lower level rec room with air hockey and shuffle board outside -all the bedrooms on the same level as the living spaces so no going up and down stairs all day. -steps away from the beautiful beach! And to top it off, Kara was an excellent host with great communication, and the few minor issues we had were fixed quickly. Great house + great beach = we will be back!
