The 2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom overlooks the private waterfront setting and has a massive private deck overlooking the Bay.

This professionally decorated and landscaped home can accommodate up to 12 people overnight. The house has four private decks, large kitchen/living room, and a 55-smart 4K inch HDTV, backyard patio barbecue, plus much much more on the water!

Central air conditioning cable 4k smart hdtv, Refrigerator, Dishwasher Range Microwave, Toaster oven, Blender, Coffee maker, Garbage disposal, Wet bar area, Large dining room and large family room overlooking the bay! Three decks overlooking the bay with furniture to relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Happy hour is better on the bay!

Has it's own laundry room with Washer, Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron. Please note we do not currently offer bed linens or towels. We can provide you with the information for a local rental company if you need them delivered on site.

Stay in Atlantic City for nights for gambling, shows and concerts. The beach is only minutes away. Plenty of great restaurants close by or get delivery!

Great for weekends away, family gatherings and available off season!!!! All visitors to home must be on the registration form. NO PARTIES allowed. If there is any evidence of party, deposit will be kept.

Perfect vacation spot for friends or family!

My friends and I try to plan a bi-yearly trip to the beach and this was the perfect option for us. Not too far from Atlantic City, NJ, and Ocean City. NJ. Highly recommended for groups.

Lovely house, lovely view

The house was lovely, very clean and well equipped. There were ten of us and we had plenty of room. The property was very nice and the view of the sunset was just beautiful. Plenty to do close by that managed to keep six kids ages 17 to 5 occupied. One thing to mention, you will be unable to access the water the house is on for any reason. This was the fifth house we’ve rented on water and the only one where we could not go fishing, crabbing, rafting or any water activities. A bit disappointing but we managed. The owners were excellent. Very quick to respond to any question and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend this house for anyone who is interested in going to Atlantic City or beach activities if you don’t mind a 10 minute drive to Brigantine Beach.

I think we found our Family Vacation Spot!🎉

The sunsets. Very Spacious home.The yards was gated w/ the waterfront only 2 ft away. Great views. Neighbors had, boat docks! Diverse community. Attentive Hosts. All Amazing! Our Family ages were from 69 to 2. We were all pleasantly accommodated! We had a Pastor & a Lawyer who held conferences in the conference room. While the babies ran around the house! So amazing; Everyone was accommodated. Great experience. Well Worth it! I think we've found our Family Vaca. Spot. Thank you, Chris & Ashley for sharing your Beautiful Home. 🏆

Great host wonderful view

This home is exactly what we needed to kick up our feet and relax. The pictures are fairly accurate, lots of the furniture has tons of wear and tear. The furniture outside is rusted out. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, there was some cars gathered across the street to play very loud music. Bring your own pots and pans, as these ones are non sticks that are scratched up and rusted out. Hosts are great communicators.

National Sports Card Confrence

We all loved the house and the together time staying in the house afforded our group as opposed to if we all stayed in separate hotel rooms. Not to mention it was absolutely hilarious to have some of the 40+ year old men in bunk beds :) we will definitely book again if the conference returns to AC and will recommend to anyone coming up there.

Bachelor Party

We were looking for a nice house to relax in that wasn’t to far away from the action. We had a group of 11 and we wanted enough space to fit everyone comfortably. This house nailed it! Enough rooms and beds for us all. Beautiful scenery looking out the back windows and a super comfortable back yard. Enough space to grill and play cornhole. Check in process was super easy. Ashley and Chris made sure everything was clean and ready to go for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Atlantic City.

Our group had a great time celebrating a bachelor party at this home. There are so many things to list: secure, plenty of space and beds, nice sized kitchen/dining, multiple bathrooms, and a great little backyard with a sunset view of the water. A+ to the hosts!

Amazing sunset and city view

Amazing Location in Atlantic City!

Wonderful house; great location.

My family was getting together for a birthday weekend in Atlantic City, and this property was a perfect fit. Spacious, clean home with all the amenities and beautiful views. Close to all casinos. A great home base for a weekend of fun in AC, and an equally great place to stay at home and relax. And Chris and Ashley, the hosts, were so responsive and really went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent experience and property.

Gorgeous house & wonderful hosts!!

Ashley & Chris were great hosts from start to finish! Their gorgeous property made it hard to have any complaints! They were available whenever I had any questions about the house an location, and were quick to answer! The house is SO close to the AC boardwalk, making our nights out a super easy & safe commute! We definitely would stay at their property again for another trip to Atlantic City!!!

Everything was perfect!

Rented this home for a birthday weekend with friends and it exceeded our expectations in every way. My favorite part were the sunset views. Our group pictures on the balcony turned out amazing. Everything shown in the pictures were 100% accurate. The home is very spacious and clean. It is also in a very convenient location. Our group could easily take a short uber to the casinos and boardwalk. Everyone loved this property and we are 100% returning in the near future :)

A great weekend with family. The house looks exactly as it appears on the website, and Ashley and Chris made this process easy. They quickly responded to our questions and were a pleasure to work with. We spent our nights in the casino which was a quick Uber ride away.

Great vacation house

We rented this place for a family celebration for my Moms 82nd birthday. The place is beautiful and the view is very relaxing. The owners were easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this place.

It's primary function is to serve as a family get away for our family. With three kids who are busy with sports and activities, we decided to offer it for rent during the times we are unable to enjoy it. It is still our favorite place to be and we hope you think so as well.
