Great Stay

This property was a great fit for our families needs. It had everything you could want, the park next door was an added bonus. Communication with the host was great - when we checked in the pool filters were clogged and the pool was cold. I texted Colette and she immediately responded and got the problem fixed. We would stay here again!

Clean, Great Location

Property is clean and well appointed. The heated pool was perfect and kids were happy. The only issue experienced was a smoke detector chirping in the middle of the night, requiring me to run to Walmart to get a new battery so was and no-one getting much sleep. Just unfortunate timing. Otherwise, no issues and its convenient to everything you need, shops, restaurants etc. Also, it's at the end of a cul-de-sac, bordering a park on one side which was a bonus. I would recommend and should we come back for another visit, will look to book again.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was furnished with all the comforts of home. The master bed was so comfortable. A dip in the pool was very refreshing. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice getaway!

We had a nice time spending the holiday week in this Surprise home. We loved how large it was and enjoyed the heated pool very much! The neighborhood is very quiet at times but it is next to a public park/walking path. So please be aware you will have foot traffic and cars parking outside the home throughout the day to access the park and walking path. Unfortunately, there were hiccups during our stay. A couple things were broken around the house but seemed to be easy fixes. The worst was the fridge and freezer though, it looked newer but it decided to stop working on us. We had to unfortunately throw food away since they were defrosted. Collette was great with communication but the timing for us was unfortunate since it was Christmas Eve. Luckily we were able to go out to eat and somehow fixed the fridge/freezer temporarily. Other than that, the stay was nice and we were able to enjoy Christmas.

Just what I needed!

I was in Surprise to visit my elderly mother. Normally I stay with m sister, but this time I was with my son and daughter-in-law. This place was perfect! Perfect location, very clean, exactly as described! Appreciate the heated pool! Highly recommend!!!

Nice house and location

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was clean, spacious , and well appointed. The pool was heated and certainly inviting but we were only there in the evenings when the air temp was in the 40s/50s so we weren’t brave enough to take a plunge. We would definitely consider this house for future visits to the area.

Wonderful House

Stayed for 16 nights. Great location in west valley. the house and pool were perfect for visiting 6 grandchildren. the park next to the house was a bounce. I would stay there again.

Great location

We came to surprise for a tennis tournament and rented this house. It was a very convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping and to all the spots facilities. The house was clean well stocked with spices and coffee. The pool was also great. Communication with Collette was always prompt she is very accommodating We will definitely try to rent this property again.

Nice location and perfect house

This house was perfect for our 5 day stay. My husband and assistant were out recruiting watching baseball games all day and I worked using the wifi and floated around the pool. It was really HOT this week but I didn’t feel it all with the pool and AC. The pool has various areas of shade throughout the day and was totally in the shade after 3pm.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood.

My sons and I made a trip to Surprise for a week-long baseball tournament. The house was oerfect for what we needed. It was located within minutes of the stadium and was in a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of room inside the home and the pool was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Been here multiple times

This was our 4th time staying at this property in Late April/early May. Had a bump in our trip with the pool and the pump not working . Got it up and running for a day and it quit again . However the property owner contacted the pool company right away . We did lose about a day swimming waiting on pool guy and having it go down a second time . Overall the pool was great ! Nice having the option to heat it at night . Kitchen is big and stocked pretty good . Lots of spices from previous guests and a nice little cooler to use by the pool . Bring your own pool toys as they do not provide them . We left a few items but not much . The yard was full of weeds and not much lighting around the pool at night . Tiki torches were great but you will need to provide your own fuel and they were very close to needing new wicks . Beds were comfy and master bath was nice . We love staying here as it’s a great location with a park directly next door to the property . Quiet neighborhood. Nice laundry too ! Can’t wait to come back in September for a girls trip !

Very clean home

The home was very clean and well equipped for a short or a long term stay. Colette and Bill were very good hosts. They were accessible and attentive to any problem that came up. The pool was great and the neighborhood felt secure. We will definitely rent their home again.

Excellent property-exellent stay

We found the property located in a great place for access to restaurants and other shopping. Very clean and well supplied. Great communication. Of the three places in the area we have stayed at this one is by far the best! Would definitely stay here again!

Love staying here ! Prime Location .

Beautiful home next to neighborhood park . We swam daily in the heated pool. Had a few inconveniences but the owner was easy to communicate with . Master bed was comfy and nice kitchen with most everything you need to prepare a meal . We stayed 11 nights and can't wait to return next year !
