Known as "The Beach View," it is so close to the boardwalk and the ocean that you can be there in a minute. Our summer rental property is popular for being in the heart of everything, while still being quiet enough to hear the waves crashing in the morning!

Needing a break from the beach? Take an easy stroll a few blocks back and enjoy a day of shopping on Asbury Avenue!

This is a first floor property (not ground level, up 1/2 a flight of stairs) No need to haul all your things up and down flights of stairs! It's vacation after all!

We love that we have repeat renters EVERY year and that these guests have become annual visitors! But our weeks go fast because of our regulars, and you'll be disappointed if you wait!

Whether you are on a family vacation or romantic getaway Ocean City has something for everyone. It is great to be in the safest shore town and one of the best properties on the island. Ocean City continues to be recognized as “America’s Favorite Family Resort' for a reason!

THIS SPACIOUS CONDO IS RENOVATED COMPLETELY...

All new beautiful granite kitchen, fully updated bathrooms, furniture, bedding, central air, bathrooms, drywall, paint, recessed lights---the works!

The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, coffee maker, pots, pans, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and anything else you may need! Washer and dryer are in the unit! There are two entrances, tons of space for everyone! The cable and DVDs for your free use are great after a long day at the beach!

-Parking:

We provide two parking spots at no charge to you in lot across the street. There is also additional free street parking.

-Rental Policy:

Check in is Saturday at 2 PM and check out is Saturday 10 AM. We do not rent for less than a week, nor do we rent to groups (family rentals only, no high school groups). We rent Saturday to Saturday only. Family rentals only, renters must be 25 years of age. Professionally cleaned between tenants at no additional fee. Guests are solely responsible for their own personal health and safety. Great Vacation Home

This is our second summer staying at this location and will be planning on coming back. It is perfectly located just a short block from the beach, this home offers all you need and more. Always a plus to be able to bring our furbabies with us too.

Wonderful Vacation

Condo is so nice and clean and is in the best location. One block walk to boardwalk and beach. Kitchen is stocked with all the essential - dishes glasses pots and pans as well as cleaning supplies. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice. Living room is a great place to hang out and watch cable tv with plenty of channels. Front porch perfect for watching the sun come up or winding down after a long day at the beach. Our vacation was wonderful in large part due to our stay in such a nice place. No need to drive at all if you're only there for the beach and boardwalk!

Great Pet Friendly Property

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property with our dog. Every thing is within walking distance or a short bike ride that you could possibly need. The owners were very organized with all their communications.

Ocean City Sweet Spot!

Property is very clean, responsive owner and excellent location. Beach, boardwalk and downtown all very walkable! The weather didn’t cooperate early in the week but we made up for it at the end of the week. Great stay!

Great location!!

This is our second time staying in the building. We found this condo to be in better shape compared to the other one. We liked the first floor unit. Kate is extremely responsive. The house was clean. Convenient location to everything (which is what counts for us with kids) and the fact that we could bring our pup was a blessing!! We will definitely stay again. My only criticism would be new shower heads (they were very weak which made the shower process long) and the sectional has seen better days. Otherwise, a GREAT stay!!

Best location!

This location was great - steps from beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Loved the front porch seating area . Convenient parking. The best beach vacation we’ve had in a long time!

Spring Break

We would definitely stay here again! The home was VERY clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and close to the boardwalk and beach. 1 block away! Parking was easy. Rental comes with 2 parking passes for a lot directly across the street. Easy in and out. TVs in every room. Our son loved the bunk beds! Plenty of amenities. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and check in and departure were easy. It is located on the first floor (just a few steps up to the front door) so hauling all your beach supplies in and out was super easy. Also has a front porch with furniture to sit and watch the world go by. Big kitchen to store food and plan meals. Could comfortably sleep 8 no problem. If you are looking for a great place at the shore, look no further. Thanks again for a great week.

Awesome location . Very clean and had everything we needed.

Awesome location. Just had to cross the street to get to beach and boardwalk. We had my husband and I, my kids and their spouses and their 9 month old and 16 month old sons. We all loved sitting on the porch at night. Would definitely recommend it!
